One of my pairs of shoes is stuck in Chicago and has not been delivered. I sent a request to you to check on them two days ago but I have not heard back. I ordered 2 pair at the same time but only received one.
If someone could please check on my shipment and or expadite a resend of my missing shoes that would be great. Also a response back of any kind would also be great.
This is my third pair of Hobibears. I may never wear another shoe I love them so much. Please help me resolve this.

Im pretty sure rhe return departmenr blocked me after 1 email.
I ordered shoes that ended up not fitting. I started a return through the only email i can find on their website. Admittedly i got a response pretty quickly. How ever i cannot reply to the responce. It repeatedly comes back as undeliverable.

When I received the shoes, they were packaged very nicely and exactly as advertised. Great quality materials, and after only one day of wear, I could feel the difference. I have arch pain in my right foot that immediately improved! They feel like slippers with the toes pulled slightly upward which really helps the ball and heel of my foot feel the contact with the ground and re-trained my body to walk correctly.

I like the shoes, but....I ordered black shoes and got gray ones. I kept the shoes because I do like them. I probably will order another pair, hopefully I'll get the correct color next time!

Don't listen to the poor reviews!
I panicked when I ordered and saw the bad reviews, all I can say is that the item are as described, the quality looks good and to be honest they are so much cheaper than any barefoot shoes I have purchased before, I only wear shoes for work (because I have to) they have good sized toe boxes (which are essential for me as haven't worn normal shoes in years)
Yes the delivery took a while but that's to be expected when ordering from the UK (as I'm guessing they come from China)
The sole feels comfortable, yes they come with bungee laces, but I have tied them like normal, and now don't have to undo them! Win in my book!!
I guess time will tell on quality but for the price (normally pay £100+ per pair) I don't mind. Pleasantly surprised and fit perfect (I went up half a size)

I love the wide toe box. I finally have shoes that fit well. I appreciate the slight cushioning on the sole. I would love to see a future version with a thicker sole and more cushion, while retaining the wide toe box and zero drop heel to toe.
