If I could give zero stars I would. Products were all very poorly made, sizing was all over the place, and they had the absolute WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.
I just wanted to exchange a tank top for a different size & a refund for a product that was never sent. On initial email I provided order # with screen shot of order including pictures of all items (including the missing item).
They asked that I send them pictures of items I did receive and packaging and wanted item number for missing item. However, they don’t include the item number on your receipt and product was no longer available online. They made no reference to helping with exchange and don’t seem to be wanting to refund item that was never sent.
I feel like their goal is to frustrate you so you’ll just not respond and they don’t have to help. Zero common sense or customer service. I’ll never order from them again.
Poor quality, took forever to arrive, they make returns extremely difficult and try to disuade you from returning by offering you a $6 refund?? You have to cover the cost of shipping the return back to China.
THIS IS A SCAM. The clothes are HORRIBLE quality. I can't even describe the things I received. They left out half of my order and were unresponsive so I could not return the items I got and they wouldn't send me the rest of at least reimburse me for them.

I bought a few items and only received half of what I ordered. When I wanted to send them back, they never responded and I had to get PayPal involved so I could get my money back.
Really poor quality dresses - material looks very cheap, like something from a christmas cracker. Do not buy! Cost of returning the item is high as need to return to China. Offered me $3 to keep the dress instead of returning!
Quality of clothes was not true to size and not good quality. Emailed the company to return all items. Shipped back to China and sent them the date and tracking number that was requested. So far I have emailed them every 2 weeks knowing the shipment was received and they have not returns my email nor did they give me a refund. Please do not use this company. They scammed me for sure

There is no way for actual customers to write reviews on the items they purchased which is why they are all glowing FAKE reports. “Products” are cheap, fabric is nothing like what is pictured, zippers don’t work, dress arrived with hot glue crusted on. Looks made by an 8 year old. Return shipping is impossible - Shanghai address at your expense, customs fees at your expense EVEN FOR DAMAGED ITEMS!! DO NOT BUY!!
The goods arrived on time. They were typical Asian sizing under sized and the returns process was incredibly difficult and costly. The business in China tried negotiating with me on keeping the goods at a discounted rate. Then after many emails of having to request the return address and raising a case to Paypal. It was around the 8th email after backwards and forward they finally agreed to refund less my postage cost and I had to pay for postage to China. They even tried telling me it would cost too much to return and not to bother. Not an easy return, expensive to return. Not good sizes. Quality is below average.
Jumpsuit arrived was £60 didn't fit. They state can return what they don't tell you is they want pictures detailed explanation, which I supplied. Was then advised for you to pay for return to CHINA is expensive and due to customs they might not receive at all. I was offered $4 and 25 % voucher of next order. That's of no use wouldn't order if they last were the last website available.
Do not waste your money on this company. Material is thin and cheap and they say they grant you 30 day return but they expect you to pay for the shipping to China. Many other companies online who are way better than this company. I will never buy from them again!!!!!
Poor quality of materials used - cheap knock offs. When contacted them to return they suggested I could return at my cost for a refund, but as it is super expensive to send back to China, so they said it was not worthwhile - then told me to have a nice day. I should have known better! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I placed an order but I have never received the item. I have been fully charged almost EUR50.00. They have never replied on my email, no tel nr to contact them!
Poor quality clothing, misleading photos and sizing, ridiculous foreign support for returns. Ordered Jan 30 and arrived February 21. The package originated in Los Angeles. Went to Illinois, Iowa and Colorado only to be delivered to me in Los Angeles. USPS fail.
First step in return process email them. Then they asked what was wrong, then they are trying to convince me to keep my order and get a discount on my next order, and that the return cost is too expensive to send back to China. I asked how much it is and they told me to go to my local postal service to get a quote for freight.
It came from Los Angeles and the return label on the package reads.

This site has a misleading and unreasonable return policy. I do not recommend this website at all. In addition to making it impossible to return items (must send back to China which is not included in their return policy on their website), clothing came poorly made and with no tags. This leads me to believe the items may have been worn previously.
A fraudulent website. I placed an order on 12/31 and have not received the items. When I email them, I get the same automated response. Also, even though the payment shows to be through “PayPal” it is not. When I called PayPal to file a claim they showed no record of it, because it actually didn’t go through their secure system. This has been a nightmare.
This site is a scam! The delivery is super late even if you pay extra to get the product within 5-10 days and The product does not look at all as the pictures, super poor quality. They wont take responsibility fore the late delivery and want me to pay for refund even when they did not hold their end of the deal and I asked them to cancelthe order before they even had producedit. I have pictures to prove how bad the product is. The customer service is next to none. They take forever to reply, if they even do reply. I have tried to solve this since mid December. Now they wont even respond. The top that I purchased can't be worn.
