DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE !! The clothes in the pictures are definitely not same clothes that will be sent to you. This is a fraud!! I bought a dress for 70dollars and it was completely trash. I almost thought it was a joke when I opened up the package and saw that cheap piece of fabric. I contacted them saying I need my money back, but they only try to give me a discount. I said I dont want a discount and they say its hard to please me. Unbelievable. I would report them to the police if I could.
I ordered 3 tee shirts (for gifts)....3 different sizes, Med. XL and 2XL. The size chart was not in exact US sizes, I ordered up a size for each shirt. The shirts were still pretty small. The fabric as nice soft tee shirt fabric, but the size chart is very deceiving. I emailed within my 14 day window, got a response first thing Monday morning..."We are sorry the size chart was an issue, our fault, not yours. We will look into it. Your money has already gone to feed hungry cats, but we can offer a 25% refund on your order.....our warehouse situation has changed, so it is very costly, just keep the shirts from your order and feel free to reorder new shirts in different sizes." I will respond back, but I don't know if I will reorder or not.....may just give the shirts and hope for the best!
The material is so cheap it fell apart in one wash. Such ugly materials too. If I could give them zero stars I would. Think Temu quality for 3x the price. Nothing looked nearly as good as the picture and it’s way too hard to return anything. You have to send an email and wait for a response to tell you how or if you can return their horrible products.
Do not buy from this website! Fraudulent and misleading site. If there was a negative star. I would rate it negative.The item they sent looks nothing like the item I ordered. I ordered a gold dress and received a beige dress with sliver sequins. I requested for a return/refund and was told you can return the product, but if you do so, you need to pay for the shipping, and the shipping cost to China may exceed $40, which which they think is not a wise choice. In order to reduce the loss, they were willing to take out 15% of the order amount as compensation. After many emails back and forth requesting them to send me a prepaid shipping label for a return/ full refund from them sending me an item that I did not order. They went slient. Unbelievable… Stay away from this website.
Never received my order – wish I had read the reviews first
I placed an order months ago and never received my clothes. No shipping updates, no tracking number, and no response from customer service. After following up multiple times with no luck, I decided to check the reviews — and I wish I had done that before ordering. Turns out I’m not the only one this has happened to.
This feels like a complete scam. Save yourself the money and frustration. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I hope others read this before making the same mistake.

I wish I could put ZERO stars! I’ve already written one review but I can’t seem to find it. DO NOT BUY from this website, it is an absolute SCAM! You don’t get what you order, the quality is shocking and when you attempt to return them they make it extremely difficult and almost bribe you into keeping the items because “sending back to China is so expensive” EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A UK RETURNS WAREHOUSE! I’ve returned almost £200 worth of terrible quality clothes, provided tracking/signed for evidence to their uk warehouse yet they still haven’t refunded me! I’m so cross and hope no more people fall victim to this fraudulent website.
Never ever order from this website it’s absolutely shocking. The clothes are nothing like the website and they don’t do returns even after you have paid extra insurance to make sure you can return it. I tired for weeks to try return and had to go through this insurance and everything and i still haven’t got a return!:( I feel like they have stolen my money and iv ended up with a dress that looks like a ugly fancy dress costume. So upsetting. Even all my friends and family say how awful the dress is compared to online picture 🤣🤣
It's been two full months—my package's shipping number hasn't been registered on the USPS website, even though their website says USPS currently has it. The package stopped updating over a month ago. I bought it before there were tons of online reviews. Didn't receive a single thing.
I got the wrong items, horrible material, nothing like the photos horrible fit. Everything is just worse than buying from SHEIN. They just offered me 18$ LOL, I paid over 200$. I need to ship the items back and I need to pay more than $60 to ship them back + taxes. Horrible evil and waste of money. How are they they still open?

this company sent me a completely different item to what I ordered. I have attempted to negotiate with them to return it at their cost and they refuse. the product displayed for sale, looked and fitted nothing like the advertised product, like a rubbish sack made of rubbish fabric. they will only give me a credit if I pay freight, even though they have admitted that the product is not satisfactory. My only course of action is to do a 'disputed transaction' with my bank which I will be doing

Awful customer service. The sizes advertised are not what you receive. They refused to send a shipping note to return even though it says on their website. They are refusing to give me a refund unless I pay my own return to china. Avoid at all costs. Absolute con of a company
i ordered a dress month a ago and dress never came.
after a month they sent an email asking about review about the dress. I emailed them back that the dress never came. They answered that they dont have dress at the moment and thats why they didnt sent it. they offered me discount on another order and thats it.

5 minutes after ordering a dress, I do a little more research and realize from all the negative reviews that I might have fallen in a scam. A couple of minutes later, I've already emailed the company hoping to get my money back. I feel incredibly stupid for not having done more research beforehand... I'm still waiting for a response...
