They illegally use influencer's post to promote their clothing. However what you get is extremely poor quality and incorrect sizing. I tried to return for a refund but they tell you it’s expensive and better that you just keep the clothes. NEVER EVER buy from them

No one buy here please. 2 dresses for 89$, oversize, horrible quality.. they try to convince you to keep it because the cost of returning is even more expensive and they take no responsibility. Worst costumer service I’ve seen in my life. Disappointed. 🙄

Terrible quality. Misleading photos. Cheap fabrications. One of the items I ordered came completely unrecognizable from the images as advertised. I emailed them asking if they sent me the wrong item. Overall, I wasn’t expecting much in the first place considering the price points…but wow this was shocking. The store gave me an incredibly hard time with my return. We sent 12 (TWELVE) emails back and forth before they went completely silent. What they shipped me feels criminal. I have never been so blatantly ripped off. REPLY: My order number is HKG1941

Sizing is completely wrong. Zero customer service. Tried to return items only to be told it would be better for me to just keep them. Just don’t bother.

Scammers Do not buy here , as everyone is saying have to pay to return the rubbish to China . Does not say this in their website on returns . Can we complain to trading standard's , if everyone contacted them ! ?? They should not be allowed to get off with this , should be shut down !!

Never buy from this site. Yes they reimburses.... BUT you have to pay for the return to China. It's going to cost me more than the whole thing. The quality and print are not the same as on the site. DON'T BUY!!!!!

Customer service was amazing. Received shoes that had a defect. Customer service offered to fix it with a gift card or refund. Amazing customer service that went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I will go to he to shop Holykity. They have amazing products and even better employees.

The print design is very fashionable, the fabric is soft and breathable, the logistics delivery is fast, and the size fits just right.

The experience was good! Took around 2 weeks for 2 packaged to arrive! Clothes was good material aswell.
Terrible quality, I ordered a dress which looked great on thier video . It arrived it was a different colour , badly finished off and generally tatty. The offered $10 refund and said I had to send it back at my cost whic would have been £46 more than the cost of the dress . Cheap Chinese rubbish .. don’t bother , save your money and buy from a more reliable store.

Worst customer service ever, super unprofessional and they refuse to refund me after my order “never arrived”. I’ve asked them countless times to provide me with the name of the carrier so I could contact them and they reply with “pls don’t worry” And when after 2 weeks of back and forth they never gave me a proper answer so I asked for a full refund which they said was “ not possible” They’re the worst.
