Fake photos and no refunds

I bought a dress for a wedding and it was cheap material and they used a fake photo of the original dress from another website. When I returned it they wouldn’t refund me. Do not shop from here it is a waste of money

Do not buy from these people

I bought 3 dresses. I wanted to return two as they were poor quality. They initially refused and offered me $3 then $6 then $12 to keep them. I paid $40 to return them to china. They have had them for two weeks and now refuse to respond to my emails! Do not buy from these people!

Believe the horrible reviews

Believe the horrible reviews. I wanted to return 4 dresses, $144.96, they offered me $5 to keep it but I said I want to return it. They gave me their China address, so I spent $26 to ship it back. It was marked as delivered months ago, but they pretended they didn't receive it. PayPal denied my case and it's too long to dispute with my credit card. I've shopped at hundreds of websites and this is the worst experience (aside from straight up scams). I will try to have this website shut down.

They do not accept returns…

Ordered a dress for Christmas late October and didn’t receive it until February. When it arrived the material was awful and obviously well after the event. They claim if you email them within 14 days you can return but they refused my return, they said it would cost too much to return and instead offered me a £3 refund for a £33 dress. They should have on their website that they can’t accept refunds.

I have never left a bad review however this time is necessary. If I could put a zero star to this company i would. I ordered a dress ,right away I requested my order to be canceled and they came back to me after a day that that's not possible claiming that it was shipped already which was completely untrue due to the time difference. All this just because they are aware of the refund cost and they know that probably it won't be worth it so basically when I requested a refund they tried twice to advise me not to proceed and that they can compasate me with 3 dollars iniatially and then 6 ..ridiculous.. on top of that even if I wanted to keep the dress they sent me the wrong colour and of course the quality wasn't good. The customer service btw is unprofessional and rude. I totally do not recommend.

If I could give zero I would. I always look at return policies in case an item doesn’t fit. It says if unworn will be accepted for a return. I literally got it and tried it on that day. The sizing is horrible, runs so big and looks cheap so I immediately emailed and asked for a return. They said I would have to pay for shipping to China and offered me $4 for an $89 order. There is nothing stating those terms in their return policy. This place is a total scam. Do NOT order from here!

Customer service is shockingly bad

Customer service is shockingly bad. They just send out scripted responses and don't read your email. I tried to cancel an order but they shipped it anyway even tho they were replying to my email. Their replies made no sense and they clearly didn't read the emails. Then they offered me a $3 refund on a $55 dollar item. Absolutely fuming and I don't even have the product yet. Do not buy from here. Scam.

Absolutely shocking!!

Absolutely shocking!! the quality is so bad, I actually laughed. Judging by the reviews, there is no point asking for a refund! Its shops like this that give genuine online shops a bad name! Should have read the reviews before I clicked the buy button. Lesson learnt!

Terrible quality! You would never want to wear anything from this company. I bought $173 worth of stuff and nothing was good. Cheap looking. When I tried to return they told me I needed to pay for shipping to China!!! Not worth returning and running the risk of never even getting my money back. Don’t buy from this company. Terrible experience!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST!! The items are not at all what you see online. The construction is horrendous, the sizing chart irrelevant, and the material cheap. You don't receive a confirmation of purchase e-mail and responses from "customer support" are not professional e-mails. When I said I wanted to return they said I probably shouldn't to save on the cost of return shipping. Since they're in China, it's about $50 to return a $100 dress. Chances are they won't refund my money even if I do send it back. NO MATTER HOW CUTE THE DRESS - DO NOT DO IT!

Great buy, fast shipping, good quality and price

I saw an ad on Instagram and fell in the love with the dress and bought. Afterwards, I saw very negative reviews online and started to feel uneasy about the order, the quality of what I would receive, etc. However, I just got the dress and it's beautiful, as described, good quality and I have seen the same dress 10 more expensive elsewhere. Personally, I have a had a good experience.

Scam company! Said they would refund me but never did!

It’s a zero rating for Holykity

Do not order anything as items do not arrive & they keep advising check your front door, check with neighbour & post office !! They give fake delivery information even though it states no signature. Holykity are ignoring requests for refund. Fraudsters

This company is a fraud. I ordered 5 dresses. One arrived. I contacted customer service- no response. Crooks!!!!

Told they’d either give me $3 back (top cost $26.99) ?!? Or I could send it back but I would have to pay for that!

I would also rather give zero stars. I ordered items in January, they never were delivered. Never received anything. Apparently hold up by customs and send back. It is now May and I have not received my money back. Customer service is not even responding to my emails. These people just take your money and never even answer or send a refund. Waste of time and money. Just thieves.
