That kind of feedback keeps us going, Candia. Glad we've been able to hold up our end every time.

Hi, thank you for sharing your experience and we are truly and deeply sorry for everything you went through. Multiple cancellations, a service that didn't deliver what was promised, damage to your pool's pressure and circulation, and being charged for services never completed — all while trying to prepare for your child's graduation party on a tight budget is absolutely unacceptable and heartbreaking. You deserved so much better and we take full responsibility. Someone from our team will be reaching out to you directly to make sure every one of your concerns is properly addressed and resolved. You have our word! 🙏

A 5-star review from Charles — that one means something to us. We know billing discrepancies aren't fun to deal with, and the last thing anyone wants after canceling is a headache on top of it. Glad our rep dug in, found the right answer, and got it resolved fast. That's the kind of work we want people to walk away remembering. Thanks for sharing this, and for giving us the chance to make it right.

Sticking it out after a rough start says a lot, Shannon — thank you for giving us another shot. The no-shows and lack of communication early on weren't acceptable, and we know that. Glad the right person finally came through and made it worth the wait. That's the kind of service you deserved from the beginning.

Punctuality and quality — that's the goal every single time. Glad Carlos has been delivering on both, Bridget. We'll make sure he knows you said so. Thanks for sticking with us!

Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review — we truly appreciate your honest feedback! We're glad we were able to help you find someone for the job, but we completely hear you on the limited options and pricing concerns. You deserved more choices and a rate that felt fair for the service provided. Someone from our team will be reaching out to you directly to connect and make sure your feedback is heard and addressed. We truly value you as a customer and hope to have the chance to exceed your expectations next time! 😊

Robert, coming home to that is always a good feeling! We love knowing the work paid off. Hope you keep enjoying it — we'll be here whenever you need us again.

Fred, Dave is a big part of why we do what we do — really glad he's been a good fit for your summer home. Finding reliable help in a small town isn't always easy, so we know how much it matters to have someone you can count on. Two seasons in and starting right on time — that's exactly the kind of consistency we want for every customer. Thank you for trusting us!

This is great feedback, thank you! Chad does solid work and it sounds like you two have a good system going with the scheduling. That kind of communication makes everything easier. We're happy to keep your lawn looking good - thanks for being such a great customer!
