Home Gnome

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how upsetting it must be to see damage to your yard, feel unheard regarding the claim amount, and continue to have crews arrive after you had already canceled. That is not the level of service or follow-through we strive to provide. We also understand your frustration concerning the early arrival and the additional charges following your cancellation. Please know that your review has already been escalated and addressed by our specialized team. If you need any further assistance or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, we encourage you to reach out to the email directly. You may locate and respond to the email sent by our specialized team on Sep 03, 2025, with the subject title, Property Damage at 6721 Monarch Park Drive, Apollo Beach, FL 33572.

Thanks for letting us know! Always feels good when the yard and trees turn out just right. Hope you're enjoying the results!

Glad we could help! Even with the typo, we can tell you're happy with the service. Thanks for the 5 stars!

Trust means everything in this business - glad we delivered for you! 💯

Sounds like everything went smoothly! The app booking system makes things pretty straightforward, and it's always good when the crew can get your yard looking sharp without you having to think about it. Enjoy those free weekends!

Appreciate the kind words! Staying on schedule and taking care of your property is just how we like to do business. The communication piece is huge for us - nobody likes being left in the dark about when we're showing up or what we're doing. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review!

Jeff will be glad to hear this - he takes real pride in getting the details right and staying on schedule. Appreciate you taking the time to let us know how it went!

This review has me scratching my head a bit - you mentioned wanting the lawn mowed but said it looks like we did weeding instead. Either way, glad you gave us 4 stars! If there was any mix-up with what got done, just let us know and we'll make sure to get it sorted out next time.

Having everything right on your phone definitely makes life easier! Thanks for taking the time to leave such a nice review - it really helps us out. Glad we could save you some time in your day!

Nothing beats having a reliable crew that shows up on time and gets right to work. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review!

Appreciate you saying that! Professionalism is important to us, so it's good to know that came through. Thanks for choosing our service and for the review!

Having reliable pool care makes all the difference - glad we could be that for you! Our team takes pride in showing up consistently and keeping your water crystal clear. Thanks for trusting Home Gnome with your pool service!

Thanks for the 5 stars! Really glad everything went well and you had a good experience with us. We'll keep doing our best to take care of you.

So nice when we can take that stress off your plate! Having one less thing to worry about makes such a difference. We'll keep taking good care of it for you.

That's what we aim for - glad it's working out for you! Consistency is everything in this business, and it sounds like we're hitting the mark. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review.

Thanks for the review! The signup process can be such a pain with some companies, so glad ours was straightforward. And yeah, having everything in the app definitely beats playing phone tag - you can just check the status whenever you want. Really appreciate you taking the time to share this!

Sounds like you caught us at the perfect time to chat with one of our techs! We don't always get the chance to walk customers around and explain everything, so I'm glad that worked out. The topsoil tip is a good one - those little details can make a big difference. Thanks for spreading the word to your family, and we'll keep making sure those app notifications stay accurate so you know when to expect us.

That's a relief when backup plans actually work out! Nothing worse than scrambling before hosting people. Thanks for taking a chance on us when your usual crew couldn't make it - we know it's not always easy trusting someone new with your yard. Hope your event went well!

Danny here - really glad I could fix up that lighting situation for you! It's always satisfying to get those fixtures looking right, especially after a DIY attempt goes sideways (happens to the best of us). Thanks for giving me a shot with your new place, and I'm here whenever you need help with other projects around the house. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Makes me smile hearing we could give you back some weekend time! With little ones running around, every hour counts. Really happy the whole thing worked smoothly from booking to finish - that's exactly how it should go. Hope you got to actually relax a bit instead of tackling yard work!
