Hoyoverse gives no consideration for its fans. They come up with the same cheap ideas to the point even an archon feels like a boring basic regular character. They use the same form for every girl outfit because they are too afraid to give them a new foundation. Hoyoverse should not be allergic to giving a girl pants or clothes that actually fit the weather they are living in. Its to the point even the girls have shorts and long socks in the teaser. I saw the new trailer for Snezhnaya and although the outfits for the characters were mediocre at best they have the same look just different characters with the short skirt in the front, chest showing, and shoulders showing. Its disappointing because this is a multibillion dollar company that can animate long dresses and pants. They have no problem when it comes to covering up the males when it comes to cold environment and then when it comes to the women they are half naked. All we want is just for them to dress like the region they are inspired off.

As of Nod Krai, characters only work with other select characters so your pulls mean even less. Just switch to Wuthering Waves, Genshin is done.

You want to change your email address, contact customer support, provide all the requested information, and then they ask for screen recordings of the process where additional email addresses can be seen. Especially after already providing all the details, the statement “to better understand the issue” is ridiculous. I already documented and demonstrated the problem with screenshots.

No matter what device I used or how if I used their website or in game I can't change the email. And they've done nothing to fix it. The personification of greed. Its like when they started up, their main goal was to be as greedy as possible. They use subtle manipulation to get you to spend money. If they were up front about it, it wouldn't be so bad, but they hide small changes to increase microtransations and give you rewards to distract you from the changes. I’ve never made a purchase in Genshin before, and now I’m being asked to repay money for currency I didn’t even mean to receive, let alone spend. This has been an exhausting, unfair experience for a player who’s tried everything to resolve things the right way.
