Amazing experience. I ordered my heat press in June I used couple time and then one day just stop working. I send email to customer service.... Answer was very fast, they ask for prove ( video how I plug in and heat press and other information) excellent service.... They couldn't find issue for my press and they send replacement press.
I make complaint Monday and Wednesday I have my press. Very fast custom response 👍 thank you.

Customer service agent messed up my order and more than double charged me for their new DTF printer. Asked for a full refund and they said that they would do that...on Monday. They were trying to get me to send them more money saying that they would refund me the difference...then added another unit without my permission to the order. Beyond...will be contacting my bank on Monday to ensure I get my money back.
I ordered the premium bundle and only received half my order nothing like the web advert no tools or sublimation paper do not believe what you see very poor service not good at all I do not recommend this company
I purchased a press that is advertised to come with a free surprise materials box and heat Matt I did not receive the items advertised on the website and got told from customer service the small pack of paper and 1 sheet of galaxy vinyl was worth it for what I paid I found the advert very misleading and I’m opening a case with trading standards for false advertising I have come here to write my review as it will not publish on the website
A word of warning. I'm very suspicious of how this Company operates. I have actually used them twice. The first order was such a good price I had to take a chance. It arrived really quickly and I was very impressed. A great product, a great price and it was a really quick delivery tracked all the way. So second time I ordered a couple of items. These items never tracked properly, I waited over a month and support kept making excuses. Still trying to get my money back. Seems very dodgy to me.
AWFUL. MISLEADING. I thought I was purchasing from an Australian company, only to find out later that this wasn’t the case. I expected to save money, but instead, I ended up paying more than I should have, including an additional overseas transaction fee. If I had known they were based overseas, I would have been more cautious and aware of the extra charges. This experience was very misleading, and I won’t be buying from them again. Be careful if you don’t want to end up feeling cheated!
I was sent an email with a code for the autopress tumbler heatpress when I entered the code at the checkout the cost was more than $200 dearer than advertised. Contacted them to resolve the issue and they blame Shopify and blatantly ignore Australian Consumer Law with regards to the procedure for incorrect advertised price. Day 17 of the dispute...
My usual brand was not available so I chose this one. So far, it has been a mistake. I am having great difficulty weeding large areas. The vinyl tears easily and has a brittle feel. The brittleness can lead to small pieces of vinyl clinging to your design-ruining it. Won’t buy again.
Awful awful company, now on my third tumbler press within a month because they keep bubbling!!! HTVRONT ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AFTER THE THIRD ONE HAS DONE THE EXACT SAME SO £200 DOWN THE DRAIN! Furious would be an understatement. Avoid at all costs.
The HTVRONT heat transfer paper produces excellent results. The images come out crisp and vibrant, and the paper itself is easy to work with. I’ve had great feedback from my customers on the quality of my prints.
The vinyl weeded pretty much the same as Cricut. It is a bit thinner than Cricut but it does feel better on the shirt and less imposing. I was expecting the vinyl to lift a lot of the small details but surprisingly it did pretty good. A few dot like details did get lifted here and there but it hardly made a difference. Color wise it looks like a deep red after heating but once it cools the color really pops and is very vibrant with light directly on it. After wearing it it feels just as if it was screen printed on unlike cricket which is thicker and definitely feels more like plastic.
I've used maybe 5 different inexpensive brands and htvront is my favorite. I will say though that I am buying mostly variety packs as I like to keep lots of colors on hand and the price per sheet averages out cheaper then the rolls. I have their medium heat press and their matt like them both quite a bit. I love that their heat press shows me lb of pressure, so I can be consistent. I love the heat press the plate is really nice and heat evenly. I also like that it came with a nice sturdy drawstring bag the stand and press fits into.
According to the videos on social media, the mug press make vibrant coloured mugs at a press of a button... in reality it took 4 attempts on the same mug (at recommended heat and timing settings from the mug manufacturer) and on the 5th attempt I increased the temperature and time... the image printed but not vibrant in fact very dull.
I ordered this awful piece of "equipment" on 23rd May 2024. On 24th May I received an email advising the following...
"Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status. NOTE: We will ship for you from the UK warehouse or China warehouse according to the different products you choose， in the order for you to receive your package as soon as possible, your order may appear to be divided into two packages delivered to your hands.（Packages sent from UK warehouses take 3-5 days to receive, and packages sent from Chinese warehouses take 15 days to receive）Thank you for your understanding"
The item was delivered and left outside without being signed for and for all the street to see on 25th May 2024. Therefore as it had been less than 3 days this would be from the UK warehouse.
I did not open the item on the day of receipt.
On Sunday 26th May 2024 I opened the product and read the instructions, I then printed out a design, following the instructions of both the mug manufacturer and the tumbler press I tried on 5 occasions to print on the same mug
I reported this issue with this company within 24 hours of receiving the item that was shipped from Dunstable and now they are trying every tactic not to allow a refund and return of the mug press.
I had the repacked the press in the original packaging and they have asked me to set it all back up again, print another mug (at my expense) and video the procedure. I do not want to do this as I do not have the time or justify my reason to return the product
Htvront auto heat press has been out since August of 2023 I clearly have had it less than a year which is warranty on it. Electrical is all messed up but they refuse to replace or fix
Their product is nice but customer service is wack i dont know if its only in australia or in other countries as well trying to contact them from last 2 days their online chat is always offline couldnt get any replies of mails
I ordered 6 different colors of HTV. I know for a fact because I had more colors that I had to delete individually in the cart because of my crafting budget. After my order was complete, their system changed my order to 6 of the same color HTV. When I spoke with customer service, they told me shipping would not be cost-effective and they can give me coupons to purchase more. They have not provided me with a return shipping address. I’m stuck with something that I did not buy. Order from them at your own risk because their customer service is horrible.
I had ordered their two bundled auto heat press in Aug 2022 when they were running a pre-orderspecial. I had watched other sponsored companies rated them as having great customer service on returns (they have a large fan base) and that they are good products. Okay, so I ordered their product. My order finally came. I plugged them up to see if all systems are good and one worked the other did not. I have sent countless emails and a video regarding the non-working machine. They finally sent a return label Aug 2023. I mailed it and the same broken machine was sent back with no explanation with the same shipping label and stamped stating unable to deliver. I have reached out to customer service and they never responded. Now, I am stucked with a machine that won't work. I will not recommend purchasing directly from their company.
During Black Friday sales, I bought two product bundles online. After a week of no order confirmation, I reached out. They said one product color was out of stock and asked if I'd take a different coloured one. I agreed and asked about dispatch. Two days later, they claimed the product was out of stock in all colours. I questioned it, got no clear answer, just refund offers. I suggested a credit for the missing item but was denied. Eventually, both bundles were said to be out of stock. They offered a refund and a $5 voucher, which I declined. Got the refund but not the foreign transaction fee, which felt unfair given their claim of being Australian stock. Dodgy business practices, and I think it's crucial to expose them to prevent more Australians from being misled.
Wanted to return an item, sent 4 emails to get a return authorization. Never got a reply back. They also didn't post my 3 star review on their auto tumbler press.
