Update customer service can through to help get my issues resolved quickly, thank you for the speedy action Asked for a refund, because my drives won’t work. Which is stated as a reason in the refund policy, the drives have been destroyed, there is no way to recreate the screen shots. So I am out of luck with software I can’t use.
