I can't thank you enough!! I didn't even have to use the data recovery my raw drive was fixed with every single thing (files and folders) the exact same as it was before I accidently cleaned it using cmd!!! Thank you so much will definitely recommend to people with raw USB drives with data on it!!!

I recently uploaded BigSur on my macOS which completely screwed my computer. I sent it in to a data recovery team which was unable to recover my data as it was encrypted and the passwords I gave were not working. I decided to take my computer home and do it myself. I had no disk found - a folder with a question mark - so I booted up in recovery mode, and after extensive research to data recovery, came across iboysoft and used their terminal code to look for my lost data. I found it, I paid for this service, I recovered my data, all works well. Cannot thank this software enough for giving me a second chance where I failed to backup my system. Now I have everything on an external hard drive. Truly recommend! I have no experience in the technical world but this was helpful. If you’re concerned, use their deep scan process to detect if your files are there, if they are, then pay for it, and recover your missing drive with the data!! FYI: it’s a long time to perform the deep data scan and recovery process. But if your lost files are valuable, it’s worth it and if the lost data is there, iboysoft will find it.

This is not Bitlocker Data Recovery Software as stated. You need the password. If you have the password then you would not need this software.

What can I say, it worked! After 'losing' just over half a million images (my last 10 years work) on a Lacie hard drive that just went kaput, I went straight to a computer expert who spent four days recovering the data with 'specialist' software. When I got it back, I found the images had been saved to one folder without file names, or meta data etc. Half a million pictures mixed together without any reference to sort them! So out of desperation, I went online and found the iBoy thing, signed up and ran it. Much to my amazement, delight and relief it has recovered the entire catalogue of images, with file names and all sorted into their original folders!

Waste of Time and Money

I spent my first 3 days trying to recover files (about 400GB). All showed corrupt. Contacted customer service they said keep trying and asked me to use another option. I did.. I kept trying. Now I asked for a refund and they said they wont give it. The only thing thats left is to dispute a charge with my bank.

I am reaching out to report an urgent issue I've encountered with the iBoysoft Data Recovery for Mac, for which I have recently purchased a lifetime license. Despite the successful purchase and installation, I am experiencing significant problems with the software's recovery functionality. After running an extensive scan of approximately 65 hours on my drive, which is 1.65 TB in size, I've found that about half of the recovered files are inaccessible. While the files are visible post-recovery, I am unable to open any of them. This is deeply concerning as the files are crucial, and the software indicates a successful recovery process. Additionally, during the overnight scan, an error message was prompted, and since then, I haven't been able to open any of the recovered files. Unfortunately, the error message closed before I could take note of the exact wording, and I am now at a loss for how to proceed. Could you please provide me with guidance on the following concerns? Why are the files showing as recovered but remain inaccessible? Is there a way to resolve the error that occurred to prevent future recovery issues? What steps can I take to successfully open the recovered files?

Bad software and outragous prices

Their software is utter garbage. I tried to get back some important data that I lost on a Bitlocker encrypted file. Their stupid software ran a whole day (At which point it wasn't even 50% finished) when it suddenly "encountered an unexpected error" and had to close. I am so glad I used the free trial version to scan. 200$ a year for such a low quality product is outragous. Do yourself a favour and no not pay these sharks. This software is hot garbage, and I do not believe for a second that big companies like Nokia use it. And if they do, they just lost a customer.

They show the cost of the software only after you installed it on your Mac. I removed soon after this very bad user experience! No idea if the software does what they claim it does...
