Bad software and outragous prices
Their software is utter garbage. I tried to get back some important data that I lost on a Bitlocker encrypted file. Their stupid software ran a whole day (At which point it wasn't even 50% finished) when it suddenly "encountered an unexpected error" and had to close. I am so glad I used the free trial version to scan. 200$ a year for such a low quality product is outragous. Do yourself a favour and no not pay these sharks. This software is hot garbage, and I do not believe for a second that big companies like Nokia use it. And if they do, they just lost a customer.

Product does a good job, but missleads about Bitlocker recovery
I originally bought their product "EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard" to recover data from a hard drive that wasn't encrypted with Bitlocker. This worked flawlessly and it recovered all the data. Today, however I wanted to recover files from a Bitlocker-protected drive, that failed to finish 100% and wasn't recognized by Windows at all. The software did find the files, but it failed to decrypt them, not recognizing that the data was Bitlocker-encrypted. On their website they claim that Bitlocker-recovery is supported, but this apparently only works if Windows still recognizes it as Bitlocker-encrypted. Kinda disapointed about the lack of recovery options. I know that the Bitlocker metadata is still present so it should be very much possible. Still giving 3 stars because on unencrypted drives their software works really good. But I would love to hear them implement better Bitlocker recovery options. Will revise this review if they ever do.
