Late last year, I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X at ibuygou.com. Shipping was reasonably fast and I had the phone in about a week. The device performed better than I expected, and I thought I had made a good deal, but that's where the good news end.
After about half a year, the charger simply stopped working correctly. I've been in touch with the support team at iBuygou several times now, and they always say not to worry and that they will get back in touch very quickly, but nothing ever happens after that. At this point, I've just about given up on getting a replacement charger.
So, if you're looking to make a risky purchase at a shop with poor customer support, it may be worth it because their prices are cheap. But don't count on getting any support after your buy. At that point you're on your own!
I have paid my order 15 days ago , isn't shipped yet.
Support provides me false information about shipping date, they told me twice that my item would ship ''asap in this week''.
I will never order anything again from ibuygou.
I will try to get my money back.
I've ordered the xiaomi A1 more than a month ago with a dispatch displaying a shipping time of 3-5 business days. However, I still have not received the item, the shipping is already taking over a month now. The customer support only offers bad alternatives, no discounts, no compromises and provides me with false information about the shipping date. I've been told atleast twice that my item would ship "within a week" whereas I'm already waiting for 30+ days. After I kept complaining about receiving data about the shipping I received a tracking code which was only signed in and not yet shipped, meaning they kept stalling out trying to fool me.
Overall this is the worst support I've ever gotten. I used to buy other devices from Ibuygou, however I will never order anything from Ibuygou again. This is not how you treat a customer.

Trouble starts when I‘ve needed to repair it： no way to find out a fast way to use the European warranty， no way to get an answer about the fastest way to repair it without remaning without phone to much time.
After a lot of email I'm stil waiting for a clear forecast for repair it.
I don't know if I would buy again from this guys but, in case, I‘ll cross my fingers and I‘ll pray of never have a problem with my phone ：-）
Offering little in the way of professional Sales / Customer services and always delay in shipping items or sending wrong items and disputing faults and issues with customers.
AVOID at all costs. There are better companies to buy Xiaomi and other brand phones from out there!

Hi all potential buyers! I have purchased Redmi Pro from here back in August. It took 3 months to be delivered!!! ROM was chinese so I had to apply with Xiaomi for official unlocking of the bootloader and then I could install correct global ROM (another 2 weeks gone). After that phone was working for 1 and a half month and then suddenly stopped charging, would not turn on and PC does not recognise it. As it is still under warranty I approached ibuygou but the responses are either extremely slow or just not coming back at all. They only seemed to talk to me when Paypal was involved. I don't have a phone now for over a month again!!! ibuygou is a big lottery, if your phone is OK you will give them 5 stars, if there's a problem and you need their help prepare for the worst! I still don't have a working phone neither I have my money back. You can just flush your money down the drain the result will be the same...
After 2 orders I totally trust them. Couldn't be more satisfied. I had a minor issue with the software and the help desk reacted immediately. They even checked if everything was OK later even the issue was solved .
Almost two weeks after ordering the phone, I emailed to enquire about the status of the order. Apparently they didn't have the phone in stock - even though it was still available to buy online. I had not been contacted about this or offered a refund. I dealt with the rudest and sassiest customer support rep who refused to answer any of my questions. I was told eventually to wait another week and they would have it back in stock. 2 weeks later the phone arrives, and breaks within 12 hours of receiving it. I was asked to send the phone back to China and they would see if the phone was faulty - and send me out a new one. I was assured they would refund my postage and use a different courier so that I would not have to pay the customs charge twice. 2 weeks later it arrives back in China, and I was told they would send out the new phone that day. 2 days later, still no sign of a tracking number. Surprise surprise, they don't have the phone in stock! 'Why dont you buy this more expensive one instead?' 'If you can't afford it, why don't you buy a cheaper one?'. 52 emails later and I have still not received the phone. The support team in China are refusing to answer any of my emails and when I asked to speak with a manager I was told that there was none. I have now been sent a tracking number for DHL, meaning that I will have to pay a second round of customs fees for the replacement phone, even though I was promised that they would use a different courier. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Literally the most frustrating company to deal with and unbelievably inefficient.
My Xiaomi phone earpiece speaker stopped working within 6 months of use. I've contacted Ibuygou support by creating a ticket and sending a mail to support@ibuygou .com. I´ve never received an e-mail with an answer and I cannot acces the ticket portal anymore. I'm not recomending this shop anymore.
Ordered a xiaomi ninebot and paid over 550 $ (with shipping included) 11 days ago. The product was IN STOCK ,i asked for AVAILABILITY before ordering,i was assured is it stock.
Paid using paypal REQUESTING delivery before Christmas,i was told to stay calm,it will surely arrive until then.
I choose DHL delivery at checkout for a lot of money, just to receive the package in time.
After that...the story gets very ugly.
It was friday,they told me is to late for delivery,and to wait until next week. I accepted (BAD MISTAKE,DON'T DO THIS,REQUEST REFUND) and waited until monday when they told me that there is a problem with the supplier. For an 'ON STOCK' item,the situation looked not so right,but i decided to wait. And wait.And wait.
One week passed and i checked my order status on their website,still no change.
But, TO MY SURPRISE,the product that i was waiting for a week to be delivered,the product that i was told is waiting restock (after i was assured it was in stock in the first place!) it was ADVERTISED ON THE FRONT PAGE as in stock and ready to dispatch!
I WAS SHOCKED!
I mailed them ,and they told me 'sooo sorry' (they been writing me that for 11 days) and that the package will be delivered next day.
That was saturday,4 days ago.
I ACCEPTED AGAIN and asked for tracking number on saturday.
Now comes another sad part.
The package 'was' (as they say) delivered using an freight forwarding agent,who will provide them the tracking number in 3 days.
I was again SHOCKED.
I decided to wait again and today,after 4 more days ,11 days in total (12 days for sure,by the time i'm finishing this review the night sets in over China) my patience was over.
Today they told me that the package will be sent using UPS ,not DHL.
That sets me back with days on delivery time,and i was never asked if i agree to be demoted from DHL to UPS.They also told me that the package will NOT arrive in time for Christmas,so everything they told me in the first time was wrong(no stock,no delivery in time,no DHL).
When i asked why,they said 'soooo sorry' again.
I'm writing this for everyone who considers ordering from IBUYGOU ,and i'm asking you to please DON'T.
DON'T do it for this pain and frustration that accumulates every single day,they are not trustworthy.

UPDATE :
I received my ninebot on 31 december,and part of the delay was caused by many air companies refusing to carry devices with Li-ION batteries,especially hoverboards ,because of the recent packages catching fire onboard. As a plus for ibuygou,they always answerd my emails in very short time. This update doesn't change what i've stated earlier,but takes part of the blame from ibuygou and makes this review right.
My personal opinion on this shop is, that this is the one of the best shops i have ever bought something from. Customer service is good, shipping is fast as hell... TOP !
