We ordered the following from ICAN
ICAN Graro 52cm Frameset (Custom painted to chosen Colours- Black and Gold)
ICAN G24 SL Gravel Wheelset.
Delivery: - Wheelset delivered within 2 weeks. Frameset between 4-5 weeks. The Items came very well packaged.
Service: - Debby at ICAN was very friendly and efficient. She answered all our questions and kept us up to date with the delivery process. Providing pictures of the painted frameset prior to shipping.
Frameset: - Weight is as described and the finish of the carbon frame and the paintwork looks as good as anything I've seen. Built the bike up with Shimano 105 Di2 12spd and this was relatively straight forward. (Note a small drive side crank spacer was required to run the 105 50/34T Chainset.) Only two rides done so far, but the bike rides really well and there are no issues.
Wheels. I already have a pair of these wheels and they offer great "value to performance". I've ridden them in the UK Gravel Nationals and at the UCI World Gravel Championships without issue.
Overall, I would say this is a great value purchase. 👌
I’ve ordered already more than 4 wheelsets and frames. The quality is amazing and the communication especially with Debby is easy and helpful. I can fully recommend ICAN parts!
I've just ordered a Graro gravel bike frame from Ican. I've been thinking about getting one for a little while. It looks very good in the photos I've seen on the website. I put a frame into the basket to check how much the shipping would be. Then I was contacted the next day by Debby from Ican who offered me a very nice deal that I couldn't refuse. She was very responsive and happy to answer all my questions via email very quickly. With her help I went into the custom paint tool on the website. It's great fun choosing how you would like your bike to look with a myriad of colours, and finishes available in multiple combinations. It works really well but it does make it quite difficult to choose with so much choice. You can even have a custom logo. All of which makes it possible to build a really beautiful bike that is totally unique to yourself if you so wish. I'm now looking forward to receiving the frame and bars. I already have an Ican frame from a few years ago so I don't have any worries about the quality of the product and certainly not the customer service which like before has been second to none.
There was fantastic communication from the outset with regular updates on delivery and tracking.
Overall the wheels and the frame I ordered were exactly what I had hoped for. Condition and quality look every bit as good as ‘western’ brands but at a fraction of the cost.
I will use ICAN again in the future
I ordered the Ican Aero 50mm, and I'm installed on my road bike, for the moment I'm really happy of the result, I used two Continental Ultra Sport III tyres 28mm and the result it's amazing. I had an amazing assistance by the customer care from the buy on Amazon since the final delivery with daily update. They are really serious and I'm happy of my choice.
I separately ordered a frame and wheels. Support was excellent with direct contact before any issues. When I broke a spoke they were ready to help find parts.
I bought a ICAN Alpha 52 Wheelset. The Wheels are premium Quality compared to established european Brands. The Wheels have a 52mm depth and i weighed them in at 1560g, wich is crazy good for the price range.
They also have great customer Service, to make sure the whole purchasing process runs smoothly.
ICAN has also Logistik depots im Europa, so i live in Germany and my wheels where send to me from the Depot im my country. Because of that there will be no long delivery times or problems with the customs!
So far my experience with Ican has been pretty amazing. The wheels arrive two weeks early than stated, bonus. The wheels were very easy to setup, the rim tape supplied was the best i ever used, 3D!!
So far I have quite a few new PB’s on the new wheels, the G40’s from Ican are lightweight but give a solid feel, they are planted and inspired confidence on many different terrain. I hope they are as good on my longer rides as they have been on my local rides!
Extremely good experience buying. Swift delivery and amazing service from Debby at ICAN. The wheels themselves are FANTASTIC, quick, reliable and strong. Very very happy.
I bought 3 frames (Gravel X2, Graro, Fylee) and wheels (Carbon G50 Aero) from ICAN. The service was excellent. I was contacted directly after I placed the order and was kept informed during the whole process. The frames are of excellent quality. I had other frames from reknown brands which were not as good. Geometry and all important parts (bottom bracket, head tube, attachment points for brakes etc.) are perfect. The varnish is excellent. The wheelset is also top quality. Overall I can recommend ICAN.
I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Graro bike frame in size M (52) The communication was excellent outstanding, professional and patient service provided by the store. The communication was excellent throught - I received prompt and detailed answers to all my questions and I was kept fully informed about the progress of my order and the shipping process.
The frame is beautifully crafted and feels very solid. It's lightweight and sleek with modern aerodynamic design. It"s also compatible with Di2 shifting system.
Highly recommend - both the frame and the store exceeded my expectations
Excellent assistance through all purchasing processes by Debby. Ultra fast and responsive. The style of entering a dialog after the first webshop order placement to detail out further specs and alternatives worked great for me. The shipment was ultrafast and flawless. Excellent packaging and no damages on frame or wheels. On top the product look great (before riding). Will get back with a riding review later.
Very good.purchasing experience, the comms from Debby were fantastic and the shipping time was very good. Packing of my wheels was much better than other suppliers and the wheels themselves (ican 50pro) are absolutely superb.
I've put a few hundred miles on them now and they're still spot-on.
I could not be happier with my experience, it surpassed my expectations in every way...I will be buying again in the future.
