Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the fast delivery services and the secure packaging that successfully ensures items arrive completely undamaged. Many people also emphasize the exceptional product quality, noting that the carbon components and frames are well crafted. Additionally, buyers appreciate the helpful and responsive support team ready to assist with technical questions.
However, some customers also noted that international shipping can occasionally take a few weeks depending on the destination. Reviewers mentioned that deliveries coming from overseas require a bit of patience, though orders generally arrive safely. A few consumers expressed that international shipping times can vary significantly based on warehouse locations.
I ordered a set of G27 wheels with DT Swiss 240 EXP hubs and a Microspline freehub, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Customer service answered every question, confirmed the hub color and valve length, and was happy to pre-install the tubeless rim tape before shipping.
They sent photos of the finished wheels for me to check before they went out, and the wheels arrived in the US just a few days later via UPS, well packed and looking great. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Customer service was prompt to respond. The wheels themselves look about as good as I can expect. The price is half anyone else. I will probably buy more carbon wheels from them for my gravel bike as well, because you simply cannot beat the ICAN value.
Great customer service! Outstanding communication about availability and proactive when there was a slight hiccup in the order. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
Good value and easy to deal with. Both Perry and Peggy have made the ordering process easy. I have now had 3 sets of wheels and a frameset from ICAN. After owning the frame and first set of wheels for 6 months I can honestly say i've had zero issues.
Pleasant experience, quick shipping and free from eu warehouse with no additional costs and a great product. Customer service is great and will definitely purchase more from ICAN
I bought the Aeris Disc 50 Carbon Spoke wheelset from the EU warehouse. Fast delivery (three days), super light wheels for an incredibly low price. The wheels are stiff and fast, just as you want them to be. Also good communication with Peggy who helped me.
Wheels are excellent. Super light. I got the G27 wheels. I had a problem during ordering and accidentally ordered the G30 wheels. I emailed them asking if they could swap them and no problem. Customer service was very responsive. I love how these wheels feel. I just paired them with the new silka rcr 38 tires. These wheels were 200g lighter than my old carbon wheels so even when I went up to such a wide road tire the total weight was less. I know these are “gravel” tires, but I set these up so I could keep up on group rides and handle light gravel on one wheelset. So much more compliant. I would buy them again.
Nice pair of wheels and great service!
I got the Ican Aeris 50 - rides really well, light weight and quick.
Great service from Peggy via the email service, quick respound. I requested the wheels without the logo and I got the them without anything on the sides, at the same price.
I think the shipment to Denmark was around 2 weeks.
Excellent customer service, wheels delivered quicker than advertised, very good price for quality of wheels. The wheels ride very well, are fast, smooth and accelerate quickly. Superb upgrade from stock wheels supplied with most bikes.
Communication with Peggy was great. Quickly responded to emails and gave clear answers. The added discount was a big bonus. Wheels delivered very quickly. Would purchase again solely based on the buying experience. I’m sure the product will equally match.
The customer service was fast, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They answered all my technical questions and provided excellent advice before my purchase. Professional communication and great support. Highly recommended!
