Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the wide selection of beautiful styles and mention that the human hair feels completely natural and looks truly flattering. Shoppers also find the website very convenient to navigate and appreciate how remarkably quick and easy the ordering process is overall. However, some customers also noted that the received units occasionally looked completely different from the promotional pictures and sometimes carried unpleasant chemical odors upon arrival. A few people experienced frustrating delays with delivery times and mentioned facing expensive shipping fees when trying to return unwanted items.

Poor Customer Service
