The hair is packed directly after styling, and our stylists use mousse to help maintain the style during transit. Because the hair remains sealed during shipping, a noticeable scent may be present when first opened.
Regarding your return, we gladly facilitate returns of unused products within 30 days of receipt. We received your return request and promptly provided a return label; however, as the hair had already been washed, it no longer met the return requirements.
