Declining quality and selection
I’ve ordered many wigs from Luvme over the years and while the quality of the hair is still very good, the wig cap sizing and quality have significantly declined. Instead of offering 2-3 cap sizes, the caps are now one size fits all from 19”-23”, which doesn’t work well for my 21” head circumference; it bunches out noticeably on both sides, as in addition to the cap being way too large, its also no longer soft, it’s very stiff. I’ve also noticed that many of the wigs showing on the site are sold out and there’s a “vote to restock” option. Bring back the old Luvme with both good quality hair and caps, even if the wig selection remains smaller.
