So i ordered then went and checked Trust pilot 🤦🏻♀️ so after reading the bad reviews i kinda hoped it wasn’t all bad but anyhow i ordered my personalised picture light on the 9th november and it came today! impressed it’s so cute! already for someone for xmas!
Amazing turn out
Despite reviews, my experience has been amazing! The photo of my mother's passed dog came out amazing in the 3D cube. I made sure it was a clear picture so it was easy for them to do their work. I was also patient with the shipping and delivery as it comes all the way from China. Placed my order on 03/11 and my mother received it today 14/11. Very amazing product and good shipping/delivery times considering the distance. Thank you IdoraShop 🙏🏼
Product Received Worse than Advertised
At least I received my product, but the detail they put into the pictures they post is not nearly the same as the product I received. Total waste and shipping to return is so expensive, it is not worth it which I'm sure they banked on. Don't buy everything is super cheap and not as good as pictured on their website.

I would give No star for this company. They advertise things that look good but send you rubbish. I had a pendant done for my daughter who loss her dog and I got a very badly done pendant. When I asked them, they said they will reproduce if I oaid for the postage. I said yes but show me what it looks like before I do. They said yes. Have not heard from them for 2 weeks and they tell me that they were waiting for me to send them postage money. I said I fudnt agree to that and would like a refund and I get this response. Hello,our products are Specially customized, can not be sold for the second time. If you insist on a refund, you only have a total refund of 70%. And the refund process is cumbersome, the cycle to be more than a month. And you have to send the product you received back to us .So you have to bear the return shipping costs and so we confirm receipt of the package, we began to process your refund.So a lot of trouble, I hope you seriously consider and look forward to you Of the reply, thank you What thieves you are? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I placed an order through this website and got very hesitant after reading the reviews, I didn’t know what to expect …after I received my package in the mail I was very happy to see how beautiful my bracelet came out , with the photo and everything! Do not buy from this Shop. They do not deliver the product as shown on their photos of the product. Be prepared to be disappointed. The christmas stocking looked high quality and fluffy and I paid top dollar for simple Christmas stockings but when they arrived, the material was thin and tattered. Their commication is terrible, they do not even care. They were not sorry what so ever.

Awesome product. I had a lot of doubts before buying as to how it would turn out but the photo cube LED lights are amazing and multi colored cube lasts an entire night without charging as well.

DO NOT BUY!!! I did not get the order I wanted. We bought Christmas stockings, they did not look anything like the picture, the names were different sizes, they were facing different ways, and you couldn’t hang them as the tag was 5cm inside the stocking. Contacted them and got no response.

No experience yet. I was looking for a last minute Christmas gift. I am SUPER nervous 😳 now after reading the comments. I can only PRAY it comes in time and it is what I ordered. I haven't been able to get out...on bed rest until January. Sigh...if it's messed up I will deal with customer service.

IM still waiting but the comments are making me nervous. I do know that my friend ordered something like that I did and it took a long time to come like two months but I love it. So I'm just gonna hope for the best. I know that it might be late for when I was wanting it but just wait and be patient. there were good reviews as well and I'm gonna trust them. I'll comment again when it's here and see how it is. I am not able to see where my order is though and it's stressing me out a lot.

Horrible company… do not waste your money. I will never use it again and strongly suggest you do not either. They made a printing error on my order from September and said it would be corrected, but has never been sent to me. My error was not reading all the negative reviews Sue K
Very pleasantly surprised
It was my crystal wedding anniversary coming up, so was looking online to buy a simple 3D engraved crystal of our dog. I came across Idorashop and it was about £30 for a small crystal block; you upload a photo and in all honesty I expected the result to be rubbish... it's brilliant! An incredibly finely detailed and really impressively 3D image of our pooch, high quality in a nice little presentation box. Maybe the right image helps (I'm guessing good light, high resolution, good depth), but we love it so much I just bought two more for Christmas to make a little set. I can only vouch for one product, but the quality and value for money is amazing really.

I’m being honest
I’m being honest, I found this place on Facebook and thought it was a scam. But it was either get a personalized necklace of my beloved Ozzy boy or get a tattoo on my back, and guess which one I chose. I was on my guard the whole time, and it did take a long time (long enough for me to reconsider my options) but OH MY GOD! It was worth the wait! It’s the spitting image of my late boy, and they even engraved his nickname on the back of the necklace. It even has texture where his fur curled in the image I used. I never take it off as it’s my prized possession. I love it so much I’m getting my other two dogs made, Howie and Trinket. Maybe the clothing items are a waste of money, but that’s irrelevant to my experience. I was ecstatic about the results. The one complaint I have is that his birthstone fell out (Feb), but that’s a minor issue.
Worst company ever takes your money but doesn't deliver goods
I ordered a daughter candle and never received it. I contacted the company and was told they had no record of my order. They have taken my money and not delivered my goods. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I will never order from them again and I will ensure everyone I know is aware they take your money and don't deliver goods.
