To be honest I've used 2 other cheaper brands of lower watt laser which got me into the laser engraving world. But when I saved up enough after seeing videos of the ikier k1 pro I was not disappointed after recieveing it cause compared to what I had this thing was a beast. Along the year having it I've had some parts failure like moduel , power supply and drive board . But with the great customer service this brand has they replaced each and every one everytime without me having the hassle to return the old parts which would have cost me quite a pretty penny to reship cause I live in a country guyana which to some is not on the map n only the post office has that service to ship bk out of the country that would have cost maybe over a 100usd . All n all I love this brand and their effective customer service
This is my third time buying something from this store. I had questions before making any of these purchases, and each time the Whatsapp support was more than helpful in their responses. Will recommend.
They handle things the proper way. Mainly they reply back when I need them and tell me how to fix it. Which is what I like. That most shady laser company brands don't do.
Order was intransparent concerning pricing in € and $. Delivery was delayed. Laser doesn't work. Live chat reacts days later. Instructions and manuals provided no information I needed.
I still want to send it back within the 14 days, they asked me for more pictures and videos.
I am excited! I had bought a new laser head for the K 1. However, this was defective because the 48 watts of power were not available. He was replaced without hesitation. The corresponding connection cable was also supplied. For me, that's more than 5 stars.
I'll give ikier a 5 star because they are an overseas company. You have to be patient and be ready to send pictures and videos. I haven't had a lot of problems with my k1 ultra, but things do where our. I email them with my problem and I have an email by morning because of the time difference. It's usually a week or a little more for my parts to arrive. I've learned to fix a couple things on my own, they send video of the process. My z axis motor is my next challenge. Thanks for replacing it at no charge Ikier!
Horrible customer service. I bought one product and after purchase, it was switched on me for a lower bundle. All I got was $10 compensation. Absolutely unacceptable. If not one reaches out, I will never buy again

I love the company they make everything as easy as possible. I just wish the products were less problematic and the parts that come assembled were done so properly.
I am very impressed with the performance of the iKier pro max 70W system. I think the specs are absolutely matched by the actual performance. For example, I easily cut 0.24 mm aluminum foil, much better than what they advertise. Built-in smoke/fire detection, very precise motion, absolutely reproducible.
I recently installed the extension kit (for 750x410 mm cutting area). Clear instructions, one hour of work.
But the most important is the rapid and correct support by iKier technicians. Twice I had questions about alignment of the system and I got response within 24 hr with all the help I need. I even got a replacement part for free when I doubted its correct functioning. Also support with customising settings in lightburn, etc. This is support the way it should be.
On January 16, 2025, I shopped for 169€ on the site, thinking it was a safe site. But I haven't received the product and they are stalling me for nonsense, I've been waiting for 24 days. Don't order. Tracking number CA244819823DE
