Hope Support is better than Customer Service
Never recieved an order confirmation. Never recieved "paid" invoice. Never recieved any communication until I threatened punitive action. Still have no proof of purchase ther than from the payment processor. Hope support is better than customer service.

The parts sent were not what I needed,unfortunately. I just needed to square up the laser rails and tighten screws. So I spent money on things not needed, yet. Maybe in the future. You've helped me greatly in the past. Shipping is just too long!

Order took much longer than expected…
Order took much longer than expected and I never had access to any tracking information. I had to contact the help center two times and both times was told they would expedite my delivery.

The Refurbished Ikier Engraver I ordered is in excellent condition ~ I bought the exact model I previously had ~ 35W ~ This new machine seems a good bit better ~ the engraving is more consistent and darker. Seems some improvements have occurred since I bought my first one. Shipping was quite delayed ~ that's annoying! And thank goodness there are some good 3rd party youtubers out there who offer detail assembly instructions as Ikier's assembly instructions leave much to be desired. Overall however, I am a big fan of Ikier!

Order arrived as expected and the product is working better than expected. My first Lazer engraver and I can see that it will not be my only one. The Atomstack program is easy to learn how to program. Very happy with the purchase 😃

After ordering, item was not available.
So very disappointed and feel cheated for what was sent
The laser engraver that was ordered does not reflect the ad that was advertised. Refurbished of at least 80% New, but the item received is in a horrific site. Filthy, Corroded, ALL Axis seized, Pcs. Melted,And many accessories missing. It appears that the engraver was in/on fire at one point. And now no response from Ikier as how to proceed.

Product delivered incomplete, no response from support
Product delivered incomplete – no response from support I ordered the iKier K1 max 48W and received the machine itself, but unfortunately parts of my order are missing. A key for the software Lightburn (which I payed for!), was not included, and the heightened feet that were listed in the product description were missing from the package. I have contacted customer support multiple times over the past few weeks, but I have not received any response at all. No clarification, no update, no solution. This is very disappointing, especially considering the price of the product. The laser itself seems to work, but missing components and complete lack of communication from support significantly affect the overall experience. I hope the company will respond and resolve this issue soon.

Horribly slow ship, horrible customer service
Label created immediately which means you can't see when it shipped. No tracking info available 14 days later. Contact support with order number and ignored. No response yet 3 days later. Need to refund my money and keep the item. I no longer want to use it from a company like this.
