What you saw on your account was a pre-authorization hold, which simply ensures the funds are available should you decide to keep the product after your trial ends. Pre-authorization is disclosed prior to checking out and it is also outlined in our FAQ’s. Our subscription program is completely optional and is never pre-selected for you! You have to manually opt in, and any shipments are based on your chosen or default frequency.
