I was perfectly skeptical! Now, I am a changed woman. I had never used a brush to apply my foundation OR used a Primer. I love the quality of the products and how helpful the website was when it came to which products and what shade/colors to go with! Very happy with everything!

I don't like the huge pop ups that keep asking for a regular subscription to the products. It's hard to figure out how to order what I want due to these distracting pop ups.

My "Foundation" order arrived within the promised 10 days - so that was fine! However; when the shipment arrived, my foundation bottle was smashed...sooo damaged that the foundation was covering the inside of the cardboard box. I can't use this makeup, for fear of getting glass on my skin. *More appropriate packaging would be required when shipping glass containers such as this one. So sorry to have to report this.
I love the Woke Up Like This Liquid makeup. I also love the concealer. I would love to try their powder foundation compact but the compact (from the looks of the picture), compared to price listed, looks like it wouldn't last very long so I use a different brand for my powder foundation.

You cannot cancel out of the auto replenishment easily. They promised that they would take $9 and then I would pay in full if I was satisfied. They took the whole amount immediately. What a joke.

Well you said that we only have to pay a certain amount which was 690 instead you charge my card the full price which says supposedly temporary home but of 80 bucks so I'm not very happy next time you need to put that see that up front

I really hate that I have to log in to the site through my email versus just using a password. I can only access my email through my phone and it makes ordering and shopping a cumbersome experience.
