The item I ordered did not fit. It had been nearly impossible to obtain return information, and there are no realistic shipping options from the United States for a refund. Really bad experience and would recommend buying things elsewhere.

My granddaughters went crazy over their Elsa dresses. One is 4 and the other 7. I had them spend the night and gave it to them at the same time. They wore them the entire night and changed out of pj's at 7 am the next morning and back into the dress! They are well made and I definitely got my moneys worth just from that one evening with them!

I need to return an item purchased from this company and they will not respond or provide return information.

The dress did not arrive on time. I had paid for priority shipping. When I requested a return and refund, they said they could only refund shipping and quit responding to my emails.

Beautiful dress

Beautiful dress and fits my daughter well. The only issue I have is the buttons in that back that hold the rule cape/tail, they get tangled in my daughter's hair.

Great dress for the price

The dress is beautiful, well made, perfectly fit my daughter on her 5th birthday. It is itchy at the top so we put a white T-shirt underneath and it still looks great. And it survived in the washing machine! Took almost 3 weeks to arrive but that was expected.

The look on my granddaughter’s face. The dress is absolutely beautiful on her, a perfect fit. She looks like a true princess and she was the prettiest girl at the Anna and Elsa party.

The dresses are beautiful. However I did not realize they were coming from overseas. I’m glad they came in time for Christmas. I will remember that in the future.

After a previous purchase of an Elsa fur trim gown, I found the quality to be superior over other company costumes. The new purchase was for two granddaughter's Rapunzel and Cinderella dresses. The two girls love to play dress-up. I purchased these two dresses for a themed Christmas and along with the perfectly made dresses dolls and books for the perfect gift. The dresses are beautiful and fit well. The two granddaughters never want to take them off! Beautiful coloring and excellent workmanship. A great value!
