I purchased the Elsa costume dress for my 4 yr. old granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived on time and was her favorite gift. According to her parents, she has been wearing it every day! The quality is excellent and I couldn't have been more pleased. If your little girl is in love with Elsa and the movie Frozen, I encourage you to purchase this dress.

The dress & satchel purse arrived in timely fashion, exactly as in picture. The fabric of dress is vivid and EXCELLANT quality. Not like other sites where fabric is so thin, like a Halloween costume & frays easily at the seams. This is Excellant construction. I bought Mirabel, from Encanto, dress for my Granddaughter’s 4th birthday & she is thrilled with it & dances around in it! I’d highly recommend this dress & Ilovethedress!

Beautiful Dresses— Poor Customer Service
The dresses are beautiful and great quality. But Customer Service is not up to par. They made excuses why my small dress had to be right— I think I’d know if one dress fits the same child and the other doesn’t. They haven’t answered my response to figure how to get a new dress — so I remade dress from smaller child…to fit granddaughter. I was going to order more dresses for more granddaughters. (I had already purchased three). But if you can not trust customer service to make things right, then future business with me is def. hindered! Trust is key in sales.

Buy this dress don’t be scared
I was actually pretty scared on how the dress was going to look in person because the price in my opinion was really cheap but once I saw it I was like wow this is the first time I receive a dress that looks exactly like the picture and the material is also good. Can’t wait to see my sister wearing it on her birthday.
