My experience is exactly the same as all the other reviews I’ve read. Total Scam. They have taken an artists photo of his products and made out that’s what you are buying. My item was supposedly shipped from America, I was given a tracking number which then showed it sat in Manchester for weeks. When I complained I was given an alternative shipping number which showed them shipping it from China after my complaint. When it finally arrived I wished it hadn’t! What the actual!???
I was told if I wanted a refund I would have to hear the cost of returning it to China…..
Thankfully I had paid via PayPal, and after a lengthy exchange I was able to get my money back.
Zero stars- Truly a scam - they have stolen a basket weavers photos of his beautiful willow woven cows head (Bob Johnston) who has reported it, say they are university friends who are selling crafts, and send a cheap resin cast half the size and won’t refund nor allow return. Should be closed down for fraudulent selling. Furious.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Total rip off = There should be a Zero Star option. Total shambles. I ordered the highland cow - it looks nothing like the picture. its cheap and nasty. I would post pics as proof if I could. Emailed to request a return and they offered me 3$ refund as compensation saying the return to china would cost too much and the item I received it what i ordered. Total insult. Please save your money.
I ordered this no response what so ever I ordered it on Facebook the highland cow 50 pound down the tube secure site as well theve changed name I have the bank and the fraud team on it hopefully get my money back then again I’m not holding hope do not buy off this company
You will be disappointed sale sale sale crap I should of none better
Terrible service, worse ever to be honest.
I bought from them on 21st May 2023, all seemed ok at first. Got a tracking number, could see progress. Supposedly landed with their delivery partners in Manchester 21st June and then nothing up to 5th July.
I questioned it with customer services to be told it was still in transit!
I was then given a completely different tracking number which was through a different delivery partner.
Clearly something went wrong (if it was ever placed to start with) with the first order, I’ve flagged it and they’ve ordered another one, or just delaying and buying time.
I have asked for a full refund and they are refusing.
I’ve said their website states max delivery time to be 22 days, I am at nearly 50 days I think I am been perfectly reasonable asking for a refund. They still are refusing as they can’t refund once order is in transit!
Even though the order has been in transit since 21st May to 7th July!
Disgusting!
The site might come back as 100% legit, but it’s 0% as a business - terrible customer service, find your products elsewhere at all costs DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
If I could give them no stars I would. Ordered the willow highland cow head, waited and waited for it to arrive. Well it did today, and it certainly wasn't what I was expecting, not only is it not willow, it doesn't even look like a cow, it's tiny and made of clay, it's so crap Im stunned. I posted a photo as my profile photo so you can see the ugliness of what I received, as im sure you won't be able to even imagine what turned up. Please don't order from this company, daylight robbery and false advertising.
