If I could give them no stars I would. Ordered the willow highland cow head, waited and waited for it to arrive. Well it did today, and it certainly wasn't what I was expecting, not only is it not willow, it doesn't even look like a cow, it's tiny and made of clay, it's so crap Im stunned. I posted a photo as my profile photo so you can see the ugliness of what I received, as im sure you won't be able to even imagine what turned up. Please don't order from this company, daylight robbery and false advertising.
