Hello! We are very sorry that this situation occurred. This should not have happened. We would also like to mention that there should not have been any customs charges. However, we have previously experienced cases where customs fees were applied due to errors during the customs clearance process. Please contact us at [email protected], and we will look into this situation and do our best to find a solution.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled the wait was worth it and that the details stood out for your restaurant. Thanks for choosing us to help you make an impression!

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry to hear the delivery time was frustrating. Our shipping origin and estimated timelines are clearly stated on our website prior to purchase, so there is no hidden information. That said, in this particular case the delay was caused by extended customs clearance in the US, which is outside of our control. We understand this is disappointing. We take product quality seriously and would welcome the chance to address any concerns.

Dear Samantha, thank you so much! We're delighted you love the wood quality. Thanks for the kind review — hope to work with you again soon!
