Absolute scam of a school!!!
Parents never enroll your kids there!
We made the mistake to do so and never receivced any service, had to wait for over 5 days for response, on private learning program we couldnt even get a teacher available at a time conveniet to us (which was the whole point), on top of all they want to keep 50% of our enrollment fee, based on only providing access to a platform we never used, not even once, due to their inability to deliver any kind of the promised service.
We had to chase them on all communication channels trying to arrange a beginning date and lesson to our child and this never happened. Without adressing the problem they keep repeating the same refund policy as if they had delivered the promised service.
This could easily be a scam organisation, representing as school, making people pay, not providing service and then keeping 50% FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON!
Dont make our mistake!
We had to pay another school, now pay a lawyer and live all this stress instead of enjoying our child being a first grader and remember this time as magical new experience for the whole family. Super disappointing!
Upon enrollment, they are all nice and friendly, responsive and then you are being ghosted - to this day we still have unread messages from support team, whatsapp chats (more than a month) etc. They said " oh we are accepting a new communication software". but if so you should have let your custommers know in advance and accept you failed to deliver the promised service! We withdrew our kid based on the lack of service, not based on personal preference!
We refuse to pay 1300 usd for receiving nothing but headaches and sleepless nights, two zoom calls- one to enroll, one to withdraw. Thats all we got! This is far from the promised educational program, response rate as advertised was on 4 mins, you can see why 5 days delay and multiple failed attempts from our side to rech them are frustrating!
We waited for 3 weeks to receive confirmation for withdraw - they claim to have sent us an email, which was never delivered, regarding the serious matter of the situation a follow up was necessary, especially when there was such problem with communication!
They have all our contacts and never reached us, we had to open a carholder dispute to protect ourselves.
I begin to spread the truth, we did everything on our side and they have failed, a classic refund policy cant apply in this case!
The dispute is still open, we hope to receive a fair outcome!

Terrible support and endless delays with transcripts!
The study process itself was more or less fine, but the support service and administration are an absolute nightmare.
During our time here, they managed to lose my payment and completely blocked my daughter's access to the platform for an entire month until it was sorted out.
Now, after the academic year has ended, it is impossible to get my son's transcript. I paid for Express Shipping with Notarization and Apostille back in September. The support team constantly breaks their own promises, keeps shifting delivery timelines, ignores direct questions, and closes support tickets without providing any tracking ID.
Their attitude is deeply unprofessional and stressful. We were forced to leave this school, and I strictly DO NOT recommend it to anyone. Save your time, money, and nerves!
THIS SCHOOL RUINED MY CAREER!!!
This school took a huge amount of money from me, and after all that, when I graduated, I found out that my high school diploma was not accepted by the universities. All that money and time wasted for nothing! When I contacted the school for help, they completely ignored me and never responded to my emails. They only care about you when you are applying and paying them. After that, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL!
And honestly, I don't even understand where this school is actually operating from. They claim to be in Singapore and the US, but from what I have heard, they are actually operating from India. How can a school take so much money from students and then disappear when they need help?
They have caused me so much trouble with my university applications, and instead of helping me, they simply ignored me.

International Schooling — what happens when you actually need help after graduation
I honestly want to warn people about what happened to me because the communication after graduation has been absolutely ridiculous!!
Try emailing them when you actually have a serious problem with your diploma. Then try WhatsApp. You can send message after message and still get completely ignored.
And don't expect the US phone number to solve anything either. TRY CALLING IT YOURSELF. In my experience, they did not answer when I called directly and instead called me back later. I found this extremely concerning.
Another thing that really bothered me was the way people communicating with me on WhatsApp used different names, which made it very difficult to know exactly who I was actually dealing with. From the information I came across, I also had concerns about where some of the people handling communications were actually based.
But the biggest issue is the DIPLOMA.
I completed the program, paid my tuition, graduated, and then when I actually needed the diploma for university applications, I found myself dealing with universities that rejected or questioned the qualification.
I even went through the trouble of getting an apostille from Singapore, and that still did not solve the university acceptance issue.
I asked International Schooling for help and eventually requested a full tuition refund because the diploma was not serving the purpose I enrolled for. They refused the tuition refund.
So imagine paying tuition, spending years studying, graduating, and then having serious problems using the qualification for university and when you raise that with the school, you struggle to even get someone to properly respond.
This is not about one unanswered email.
It's the constant ignoring, unanswered WhatsApp messages, unanswered emails, difficulty getting someone on the phone, problems surrounding the diploma, and then being refused a tuition refund.
And this is exactly why I would tell anyone considering this school:
DO NOT JUST BELIEVE WHAT YOU ARE TOLD ABOUT THE DIPLOMA.
Before paying anything, contact the universities you want to attend and ask them directly whether they will accept this exact qualification. Get the answer in writing.
Because once you've graduated, you don't want to discover that the diploma isn't useful for the university path you planned and then spend months trying to get the school to even answer you.

A serious administrative and communication problem
I have been a student at International Schooling for the past two academic years, completing Grades 10 and 11. I am leaving this review because I have repeatedly attempted to resolve several issues directly with the school and have received little to no meaningful follow-up.
To be clear, I received my academic transcript after completing Grade 11 examinations on June 29, 2026. My complaint is specifically about my extracurricular documentation, administrative communication, enrollment communication, and the handling of a scholarship opportunity.
My extracurricular involvement was not limited to simply joining one club. I was involved with:
* Lex Orbis
* Nexus Global Exchange
* Law Club
* Gaming Club
* Aurelian STEM Club
* Student Council, where I held a Vice President position
During Grade 11 alone, I conducted and participated in more than 30 club activities and events.
I also participated directly in the school's NEASC accreditation process and was one of the students who presented information about the school's clubs during that process.
Because of this, I have repeatedly requested official documentation of my extracurricular achievements, leadership positions, and activities. These documents are important for my CV, university applications, scholarships, and future opportunities.
I first requested this documentation after completing my examinations on June 29. I was told that the requested documents would be provided before August 15. That deadline passed, and as of September 14, I still have not received the requested documentation or a satisfactory explanation.
What makes the situation worse is the communication. I have followed up repeatedly, yet my messages have been left on seen or unanswered. I have also repeatedly requested a meeting regarding my enrollment and what I am supposed to do next. Again, I have not received a meaningful response.
The scholarship situation is another concern. International Schooling advertised a scholarship program, and I applied. I received an initial response, but there was no proper follow-up afterward. Advertising opportunities to students and then failing to communicate with applicants is extremely frustrating.
I am also concerned about the broader pattern. I have experienced repeated changes in teachers and administration and a general lack of consistency in communication and student support. I also know other students who have experienced similar administrative problems.
I am not writing this review casually, and I am not making these claims without evidence.
I have screenshots of communications, records of my requests, evidence of my extracurricular involvement, information relating to my leadership positions, and other documentation supporting what I have described. I will attach and reference relevant evidence to establish a clear timeline of what happened from my perspective.
I believe these concerns warrant more than another unanswered message. If the school does not address them properly, I intend to submit the evidence to the relevant accreditation organizations and request a formal review of the issues.
I genuinely wanted to have a positive experience with the school. I put considerable time and effort into its extracurricular community and even contributed during the accreditation process. That makes the current lack of communication and administrative follow-through particularly disappointing.
This review is based on my personal experience, and I am providing evidence because I want the situation to be taken seriously and assessed based on facts.
My experience working here has been deeply disappointing due to significant administrative and compensation issues. Management exerted pressure on me to accept responsibility for actions I did not commit, and when I refused, my earned pay was withheld. As of today, my August salary remains unpaid despite fulfilled duties. I strongly advise prospective educators to exercise extreme caution regarding contract enforcement and wage disputes. The company is not situated in Singapore nor America but in India.
**⭐ 1 Star – Excellent Sales Pitch, But No Answers When It Really Matters**
I would give International Schooling **zero stars if that were an option**.
Our experience started very differently. When you first enquire, they are extremely responsive and persuasive. We were offered a **free demo, supposedly worth $100**, with the fee waived to attract us. The presentation was excellent, and they spoke confidently about their international presence, students worldwide and opportunities after graduation.
But everything changed when I started asking **serious questions about my son's Grade 12 qualification and university admission**.
I asked whether the qualification would be accepted by specific universities and whether completing Grade 12 through International Schooling would make my son eligible for university admission. I was told they would **check with the universities and get back to me** so I could have confidence before enrolling.
It has now been **more than 15 days**.
We have repeatedly called, messaged and followed up. A gentleman named **Alvin**, communicating through their Singapore WhatsApp contact, initially spoke with us and said he would obtain the information and get back to us. **He never did.** Every time we contact them, we are told that someone will get back to us — but nobody does.
This is extremely concerning. We are talking about **our child's Grade 12 education and his future university eligibility**. These are not questions a parent can ignore or simply take on trust.
Their website makes very impressive claims about their international presence and thousands of students, particularly in the UAE. But when a prospective parent asks a basic question about **qualification recognition and university acceptance**, there is suddenly no responsible person available to provide a clear answer.
At this point, their failure to respond has made me seriously concerned that perhaps the universities I asked about **have not confirmed acceptance of this qualification**. I am NOT claiming that is what the universities told them — because International Schooling has never actually given me the promised answer. **That is exactly the problem.**
If the qualification is accepted, why is it so difficult to provide written confirmation? If it isn't accepted by a particular university, parents deserve to know **before paying and enrolling their child**.
**My strong advice to parents: DO NOT rely only on their sales presentation or website claims. Get independent written confirmation directly from the universities you are targeting that they will accept the exact qualification/diploma being offered.**
An impressive website and international branding mean very little if you cannot get a straight answer about whether your child's qualification will actually be useful for university admission.

Amazing teachers and staff aswell as admin's..If I was ever confussed about something,the admin would immediately reply which saved me lots of time... And as I work full time the online part helped alot as I didnt have to worry about my child's safety or if they would come home safely as there doing the classes from the comfort of their home..

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for International Schooling Online, Singapore.
My son studied with International Schooling Online for four years, from 3rd grade through 6th grade, and our experience throughout those years was outstanding. I originally enrolled him during the COVID period while my family was living outside the United States. I wanted him to continue receiving a high-quality American education, and choosing International Schooling Online was one of the best decisions I made during that time.
The school provides an excellent American curriculum that is well organized, academically strong, and recognized by U.S. educational standards. The curriculum is comprehensive, covering English, Mathematics, Science, U.S. History, Computer Science, Art, and many other subjects. It gave my son a solid educational foundation while we were living abroad.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Susan Cruz, my son's English teacher. She is an exceptional teacher who truly understands her students and cares about their success. She first taught my son in elementary school, and because she understood my son so well and knew how to support his learning, I requested that she continue teaching him even when he reached 6th grade. Although she normally teaches elementary students, the school listened to my request and allowed her to continue working with him. That flexibility and understanding meant a great deal to my family.
I would also like to recognize the Admissions Team and the entire support staff. Every time I had a question about enrollment, testing, homework, scheduling, or technical issues, they responded quickly and professionally. Their communication was always prompt, helpful, and respectful. It gave me confidence that my son was in good hands.
We did not leave International Schooling Online because we were unhappy with the school. On the contrary, we truly loved the school, the teachers, and the entire learning experience. The only reason I transferred my son was because my family moved back to the United States, and since we now live in New York, I enrolled him in a local U.S. school.
If, in the future, my family ever lives abroad again, I would not hesitate for a moment to enroll my son at International Schooling Online, Singapore again. It would be my first choice without any doubt.
I highly recommend this school to families looking for a high-quality American curriculum while living outside the United States, as well as families living in any country around the world. Their dedicated teachers, supportive staff, flexibility, excellent communication, and overall experience have been excellent. My son and I are truly grateful for everything the school has done for him over the past four years.

I enrolled my son in the second semester of the school year of 9th Grade, at the beginning was a little difficult for him to understand how everything works but when we ask for help the teachers answer we’re fast. He has been doing great with the system and it is enjoying been part of the school.
The school is great, the admins always find a way to help no matter what, and almost all the teachers are helpful and kind. I’ve been at this school for almost 3 years now and I always enjoy and have fun while learning too.
Excellent flexible education for international families
We have had an excellent experience with International Schooling. Our daughter has been studying with them for several years, and the flexibility of the program has been invaluable for our family.
The curriculum is well organized, the platform is easy to use, and whenever we needed support, the staff was always helpful and responsive. We also appreciate that our daughter can study at her own pace while still following an accredited academic program.
This flexibility has allowed us to pursue opportunities that would have been very difficult in a traditional school setting, including planning an international exchange program without interrupting her education.
