Easy to follow steps! Quick approval and only a little issue with upload time for images of required documents when submitting my application. Can be on my end though.
I ordered the digital print and pdf copy . The picture on their website shows a digital IDP card along with the pysical booklet . But on enquiry I was told that they do not send that . The picture should be removed and not confuse the clients. Also no tracking information on the physical booklet . Not such a great experience .

I was in Colombia and decided to have delivered both digital and physical formate of the permit whose cost was about 30 euros. That was 6-7 weeks prior to my planed trip. I received the digital one quite quickly but the physical one never came. The company was assuring me last 2-3 weeks prior to my trip that it was on its way. Turned out that the company had no clue where the document was since they had sent it via a normal post with no tracking number. I asked for some partial refund since I am not responsible for this uncompleted service. After some longer discussion it was offered to me 5 euros.

I placed order #2696 I received a PDF of the permit which I cannot use in the countries I am visiting. I tried to get tracking for the physical documents but when I try to fill the contact form it says that no tracking is available and that it may take up to 25 business days to receive it. I am stressed and not sure if it is an authentic company or a spam. One week after place the order, I hope I can at least get the dispatch status of my physical documents,

It’s a scam. They promote you get it within 1 day and then in the first mail they right away say they TRY to send it within 3 working days. This is straight up misleading advertising to lure people in. Be aware! I still dont have it and i go in a couple days…

Wasn’t accepted as a legal document in South Korea, despite what this company claims. I got refunded for 80% of the costs. Reply on your comment: then you changed it after this review, what a joke. Unfortunately I cannot attach the document in this review that you provided me that states it is valid in Korea.
