Fast service. I got the digital travel document and it is okay if you're planning to only have the digital version of it. It's true that in my case the nomenclature of the type of permits (A,B,C,etc) doesn't align with my country's nomenclature but I hope there is no issue.

I like how easy it was to get this permit, however, it felt almost too easy... Perhaps I didn't research enough about this but because I've never heard of it before I was a little skeptical. I received my permit within 24 hours, though, so now I just hope it's acceptable!

It was smooth processing time for digital was over 24hours. And waiting time for physical card says its 25days waiting period. Hopefully itll arrive before my holidays next month. Hopefully soon we can monitor and check the tracking of the parcel.

This company are scammers, Stay away!
- I was charged a totally different amount to what was said on the site during the payment process.
- The contact email provided on the site does not exist and bounces back. ( Feel free to give it a go)
I also made the payment using my credit card information. Yet was charged on my debit card which had entirley different information on it

Did not receive the license within a month and they don't want to tll me which courier they used
Did not receive the license within a month. We don;t have addresses here. Packages often stay at coureir office. I asked them to tell me which courier service/post office they used. We have EIGHT here. They just told me to check with "courier service". Don't seem they are willing to tell me which one they used.
