Terrible quality and bad communication. It took nearly 4 weeks to come. Only wore the necklace 3/4 times and the clasp broke, emailed with them basically refusing to do anything about it! Shocking

At first my order took over two weeks to come so I wrote that on the review and I got response back quickly saying they will figure out where my order had gotten and would either send out a new one or refund, they sorted the issue out very quickly and was very appreciative to have received a second necklace when the order arrived

Was only told this after i chased as i ordered over a month and a half ago This present was a gift after we lost our dog. No response after asking for a refund!

Don't waste your time.
Ordered from this site about a month ago and had absolutely no communication at all from the website until a day ago when I got a text message asking me to confirm I whether I wanted the item sent to me (on a number I couldn't reply to). Umm, of course I do? Then I got a refund the next day. While I'm glad I got the refund, I spent so long waiting for the necklace I could have just ordered from somewhere else. Honestly, just don't bother with this company. Waste of time and money.

I don’t recommend this site they never get back to their customers: the picture on a necklace I was gifting looks nothing like my cat: I’ve called and it sounds like a cellphone and gets sent to voicemail and I’ve even wrote for a replacement and they haven’t reached out to remake my jewelry. I wouldn’t have given them a 1 star at all
