My phone case arrived on time and is doing a great job protecting my new phone.
The best slim case I’ve ever owned. Worth every cent.
I’ve been using the PITAKA Sunset case on my iPhone 16 Plus, and it’s hands down the best slim case I’ve ever had. It looks fantastic, feels great in the hand, and is incredibly durable. Despite regular use, it hasn’t worn off or shown any noticeable signs of deterioration. I genuinely don’t understand where some of the extremely negative reviews come from. My experience has been the complete opposite. In fact, I love this case so much that I’ve already bought the exact same one for my new iPhone Duo. And that’s saying something, because I almost never buy the same product twice. I usually prefer trying something different unless I’m absolutely convinced that what I already have is the best I can get. I’ve also recommended PITAKA cases to several people, and they’ve been just as impressed as I am. Yes, it’s expensive for a phone case, but in my experience, it’s worth every cent. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I received my case and noticed that the fiber was peeling. I reported it and they blamed me for being too aggressive with it, which isn't true at all. They did fix the issue and I'm happy with the result.

Support that looks for a way to help, not a reason to say no
My PITAKA case got damaged around the camera cutout. I hadn't bought it on the PITAKA website, I didn't have an itemized receipt, removal damage isn't covered by their policy, and I'm a customer in another country. On paper, they had every reason to turn me down. Instead, Susan looked for a way forward rather than a reason to close the ticket, and Freya found one. They arranged a replacement, and it arrived in less than a month, delivered by courier right to my door. The new case is flawless: perfect weave, a clean gold frame and intact corners around the camera cutout. Even the box is sturdier than the retail one I originally got. The policy said no, but the people said yes. That's why I'll keep buying PITAKA. Thank you, Susan and Freya.

Good quality case but..
Good quality case, but cannot give more than 3 stars due to the price and that leaving the volume and power buttons exposed is a strange design choice - even for a minimal(ist) case. Secondly, it took way too long to arrive following placing the order.

I got the Sapphire Blue edge case for the 18 Pro Max, and it's only okay because the new resin they are using leaves a lot of hand oils on the case, making it feel quite oily. The previous version for the 17 Pro Max never really had this problem, but I am sharing this review purely to inform people based on my experience.

Our iPhone 18 series Edge Case features our newly developed Mammoth Resin™, which enhances protective performance by reducing both the likelihood and the severity of whitening in the aramid fiber when the case is dropped. As for the oily feeling you mentioned, we'd like to clarify that this is not related to the resin itself. It comes from the coating, and how noticeable it feels can vary from person to person. If you'd like to reduce fingerprints and surface oil, gently wiping the case with an alcohol wipe should help remove them. That said, we understand this isn't what you were expecting, and we're sorry for the disappointment. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. Exeptionally well service. I had a broken case and the e-mail respond was very quick (under 4 hours) and they solved the problem very friendly. Lira is a very good support.
