Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently highlight the exceptional product quality, lightweight design, and remarkably fast delivery times that make using their power gear completely seamless. Consumers also note that the customer support team is exceptionally prompt, deeply helpful, and always ready to provide clear technical guidance along the way.
However, some customers also noted frustrating shipping delays, packages getting lost entirely in transit, and unexpected issues with missing components upon arrival. A few reviewers experienced ongoing challenges with missing tracking updates, significantly delayed deliveries, or receiving incomplete packages during their online purchase process.
The batteries were delivered in a timely manner. They should work well in my van build.

I purchased batteries and received them within 2 days I have only been out a few times since getting them installed but they have performed great!!! I run 2 livescope graphs and 3 helix 12s and still have enough power to fish 2 days without charging!! So far I’m sold on power queen lithium batteries !!! And they are priced great compared to other brands!!

Battery never took full charge and is junk. Reported it to warranty dept. Did everything they suggested. When none of their instructions worked and battery was still bad They just stopped communicating.
Warranty is just a lie, to help sell these batteries. The company is not honorable.
Everything was done amazingly well; even the return process and refund. This is truly a no hassle company. The exec's at Power Queen should seriously consider providing the smaller batteries for scooters. They're missing out on a huge segment of sales.

I've never owned lithium batteries before buying power queen, and so far they are performing as advertised. I also liked that they were shipped fast. Plus the five year warranty is great. And the price was good for me. Awesome product.

Great battery so far. Charge rate definitely is limited to 30A and Bluetooth is limited to when battery is active or charging. Shuts down when not in use unlike my other bluetooth batteries.

This is the second batch of 4 300Ahr batteries I've purchased from PowerQueen, so that really says it all. I place 4 of these on a Harbor Freight 1200 lb capacity utility flat cart and remove the sides for easy movement about the house. I do have two all-in-one solar power charger battery units from two different manufacturers but the PowerQueens are the back up extra power. I actually like having separate components for these , i.e, a watt meter, inverter and MPPT charge controller for the solar panels which are portable but can connect to the batteries which remain inside the house. My PowerQueens are connected in parallel to 12V - 120 AC inverters so all I have to do is plug the refrigerator, window AC unit, security system etc using the standard 120ACV plug for the long power draws. The short distance for connections to my inverter does not make the 48V series configuration with smaller gauge wires much of an advantage. Plus the battery charges can balance against each other in the parallel configuration.
Things I liked on these batteries were the terminals were both on one end (the width), the terminal bolts have the option of inserting with a Philips screw driver or a rachet , the smooth surface tops, the plastic caps on the terminal screws- i.e., attention to detail, set up, and practical utility.
I could power my big fridge for three days but I haven't yet connected my watt meter to determine the actual drawdown output yet, but the sensors I purchased separately indicate a solid 13.8 volts when fully charged.

The batteries are a fantastic product. Shipping was clean and fast. The reason I gave it three stars is the batteries showed up totally discharged. This was very scary, as I feel like they weren't fully charged at the factory and tested properly. I brought it up to customer service, and they sort of just swept it under the rug. At this point they're operating properly, but I'm worried about the long-term.
I bass fish professionally and Power Queen is one of my sponsors.Power Queen batteries are great they are the best batteries I have ever used.
