The only reason I bought this battery is because Power Queen would not honor the warranty on an existing battery. When I contacted Power Queen to turn in a warranty request for a non-functioning battery, I was told that I need to provide a receipt. That battery was purchased direct from their EBay site, but I no longer have an EBay account. However, I registered this battery with Power Queen as soon as I received it, so Power Queen SHOULD have proof of my warranty on file. I even gave them the battery serial number. But I was told they could not provide this information, and thus would not honor my warranty. This is absurd. Why did I bother registering the battery if Power Queen does not even keep the information on file?? I have now been forced to take my business elsewhere.

Very happy with purchase. Used the battery on a one week fishing/camping trip right after i got it. Worked well with solar panel and controller. Really like being able to monitor the BMS via blietooth. Will see how it stands up in time only used 2 cycles.

The battery arrived when expected 2 days, thought the charger would be with it it's not the battery isn't any good with out the charger. If I were you guys I would consider using a different delivery company FedEx delivered my battery 3 miles away took several hours to find it and that not the first time

The battery I ordered came relatively fast and it seems to work fine now that it has been fully charged. The 20 amp solar charge controller never shipped and then I got a message it was lost in shipping. I did receive a refund but the whole reason I ordered the LiPo battery was because a solar charger for it was available for it. Now I'll have to figure out how to acquire a compatible charge controller in a different transaction. Sucks
