Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently highlight the exceptional product quality, lightweight design, and remarkably fast delivery times that make using their power gear completely seamless. Consumers also note that the customer support team is exceptionally prompt, deeply helpful, and always ready to provide clear technical guidance along the way. However, some customers also noted frustrating shipping delays, packages getting lost entirely in transit, and unexpected issues with missing components upon arrival. A few reviewers experienced ongoing challenges with missing tracking updates, significantly delayed deliveries, or receiving incomplete packages during their online purchase process.

I am going to do every thing possible to discredit you. you really screwed me over and showed me that your customer satisfaction policy does not exist. hello LI TIME!!!
The only reason I bought this battery is because Power Queen would not honor the warranty on an existing battery. When I contacted Power Queen to turn in a warranty request for a non-functioning battery, I was told that I need to provide a receipt. That battery was purchased direct from their EBay site, but I no longer have an EBay account. However, I registered this battery with Power Queen as soon as I received it, so Power Queen SHOULD have proof of my warranty on file. I even gave them the battery serial number. But I was told they could not provide this information, and thus would not honor my warranty. This is absurd. Why did I bother registering the battery if Power Queen does not even keep the information on file?? I have now been forced to take my business elsewhere.
Dear, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused. Warranty requests for purchases made through eBay are handled by a different team. We’re sorry that your previous experience did not meet your expectations. For batteries purchased directly through our official website, please rest assured that if any issues arise, you can contact us for warranty assistance in accordance with our warranty policy. We truly appreciate your past support and regret that this experience has affected your trust in us. Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. Best regards

I finally went out with my friend in my kayak powered by 2 Power Queen batteries for my trolling motors. I only used 1 for the whole day and it was strong enough to move my tandem kayak. I am well pleased with my purchase. Thank you, Power Queen for 2 great batteries.

Very happy with purchase. Used the battery on a one week fishing/camping trip right after i got it. Worked well with solar panel and controller. Really like being able to monitor the BMS via blietooth. Will see how it stands up in time only used 2 cycles.

The battery arrived when expected 2 days, thought the charger would be with it it's not the battery isn't any good with out the charger. If I were you guys I would consider using a different delivery company FedEx delivered my battery 3 miles away took several hours to find it and that not the first time
Dear, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shipping issues. Please note that the battery and charger are shipped separately. According to the latest tracking information, your charger is expected to be delivered on September 14. We’re also sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with FedEx delivering the battery to the wrong location. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we truly appreciate your patience while waiting for your charger. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Best regards
The customer service at Power Queen went way beyond what is normal to help me. I made a mistake, more than once, and ordered the wrong size battery. Lynn was such a big help to get this order straightened back out! I very much appreciated the help with this. The battery and charger that I received looks great and I am very pleased! I plan on buying a second battery very soon.

The battery I ordered came relatively fast and it seems to work fine now that it has been fully charged. The 20 amp solar charge controller never shipped and then I got a message it was lost in shipping. I did receive a refund but the whole reason I ordered the LiPo battery was because a solar charger for it was available for it. Now I'll have to figure out how to acquire a compatible charge controller in a different transaction. Sucks
Dear, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused you. We have just received an update that the 20A solar charge controller that was previously reported as lost in transit has now been found. We have also sent an email to you regarding this matter. If you still need the solar charge controller, please reply to our email and let us know. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards
Perfect battery and charger for my application.
