My original order #PQ16606 was not delivered but Power Queen fixed the issue quickly.
My order #PQ16606 is listed as fulfilled but FedEx never delivered it. The tracking number on FedEx Website shows no activity after it left East Brunswick, NJ.
Followup: Power Queen did a nice job of following up and sending me a replacement product promptly once it became clear that the original shipment got lost by FedEx.

I'm EXTREMALLY satisfied with your products, especially the Bluetooth app to monitor all conditions of my batteries & telling me when to charge them. Some people don't know that lithium batteries should be kept between 80% & 20% not charged after each use. Many thanks to your entire work force.

Battery and charger arrived in a couple days, instructions on how to use the charger are clear and easy to understand. Battery charged as described.
I also like how little the 50ah battery weighs. I will be able to use it on my 9' pontoon boat without breaking my back moving it to the water.
Not sure how long the charge will last as I use my trolling motor on my 14' jonboat primarily for fishing near weeds and shallow water.
