they have always answered any question I have asked without hesitation in less than 5 minutes. I'm EXTREMALLY satisfied with your products, especially the Bluetooth app to monitor all conditions of my batteries & telling me when to charge them. Some people don't know that lithium batteries should be kept between 80% & 20% not charged after each use. Many thanks to your entire work force.
