Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently highlight the exceptional product quality, lightweight design, and remarkably fast delivery times that make using their power gear completely seamless. Consumers also note that the customer support team is exceptionally prompt, deeply helpful, and always ready to provide clear technical guidance along the way.
However, some customers also noted frustrating shipping delays, packages getting lost entirely in transit, and unexpected issues with missing components upon arrival. A few reviewers experienced ongoing challenges with missing tracking updates, significantly delayed deliveries, or receiving incomplete packages during their online purchase process.

I hear a ton of great things about your batteries through the network of fishing buddies I have. Can’t wait to try it out. however I’m on a time crunch for a battery I ordered and I have no idea where it’s at. Gotta download an app to get tracking…..no customer service number?

Power Queen’s support was spot on. They gave me several different scenarios to pinpoint my issue. I decided to purchase a charger that was compatible with my battery and that was the fix.

Product quality appears to be continually improving. Packaging is well done and instructions are clear forward. I would like to have a discounted charging option offered at the time of purchase that would be one item would see as an improvement.

Same day and a couple different emails .Zero response for 2 days. So 4 stars and not 5. My order could have been corrected before it was shipped had your customer service been on top of there game. My order was received same day customer service responsed

Power Queen was able to answer questions about charge controller settings and provided support needed. The battery replaced a Lead acid battery that was failing. So far the Power Queen battery is performing flawlessly.
