Really like being able to have purchased the charger with the battery to know they will work together and having the app to know how much battery is left is amazing!!

Shipping delay may cause me to not have batteries on my trip
I placed my order on Saturday based on the advertised 2–5 day shipping estimate, but my batteries are not expected to arrive until Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Since I am leaving for my trip early Friday morning, it is highly likely the package will arrive after I have already departed. Shipping from California to Washington should not take nearly a full week, and this delay is incredibly frustrating as these batteries were essential for my only trip of the season. Had I known the delivery would take this long, I would not have made the purchase.
I can only hope the batteries are worth it...

Dear,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. First, we sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this situation has caused you, especially considering that the batteries are important for your upcoming trip.
According to our records, you placed your order on July 5th, and the package was processed and shipped within 24 hours on July 6th. The package is currently still in transit with the carrier.
We would also like to clarify that the shipping estimate shown on our website is 2–5 business days, not 2–5 calendar days. Based on the current tracking information, your order has not experienced a shipping delay.
We completely understand your concerns and appreciate you sharing your feedback. We will continue monitoring the shipment status and hope the batteries arrive as soon as possible so they can support your trip.
Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Lynn

I bought a Power Queen Battery 2 months ago and it's been awesome, SO I just bought 2 more Power Queens for my bass boat. It's really hard to run them down. You can't go wrong with these battery's.
