The course was great and well laid out. Also received my cert quite promptly. My issue is that I was rebilled for the same course already completed and I don't understand why. What exactly are we subscribing to apart from the course? Kindly provide clear ways where one can opt to unsubscribe if they do not wish to continue paying. Other than that it is a good course, looking to doing the diploma too.
I had a great experience with the course and I enjoyed every section.
I found the course informative and well-laid out. The individual lessons we specific and to the point. The exams were easier than I'd expected but tested one's knowledge and understanding thoroughly. Had some issues with double-billing but that was sorted out quite promptly. Now for the final exam and (I hope!) my first certificate.
My heart is bleeding because of this Website. I hate the day I clicked on this Website for info. My daughter was warning me, but I continued and sign up with them. You know I am constantly being charged unfairly by this Company without my consent and without them contacting me. I hate people like this. First of all I wrote and pass all of the courses and test that are part of the certificate. when I was on my last chapter they didn't wanna pass me. Even when I send them my exam screenshots with a 99% pass, they keep on saying that I have failed my test. All because they didn't want to give me their fake and uncredited certificate. Guess what? I didn't get any certificate I lost my money. Well, I admitted that I have been scammed and left them. But what breaks my heart is when they start to debit my account without any reason after almost a year of having left them in peace. I have sent them many emails asking them to refund me but they don't want to bring back my money. God has messy on them by taking the last money on my bank account that I asked from someone just to buy food because I am not working and suffering. God will see you guys. You will be punished. I hate you. There is a guy called Loren I sent him who is behind all of this. I am warning everyone who wants to take a certificate with this Organization. Don't ever. Don't you dare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are BIG SCAMMERS.

This TEFL course is very fantastic. it has been designed / organized very carefully with very useful meterials. I found a lot of new words and information which i did not imagine before. I am really benifited from this course but sorry to say that, I purchased this course by $47.which I paid in once. but after one month another $19 was charged from my credit card which I did not receive easily. I think i will get proper feedback from you. Thank you.

i paid the fees for tefl course but i dont know how they saved my Credit Card details, and they initiated unfair transaction without my consent. and also i am not able to verify the authenticity of my tefl certificate.

I am very displeased with your method of deduction. I just complained about an incorrect deduction of more than $19 on my card of which refund has not been made. Just today another deduction of more than $12 was made again. Kindly refund my money and remove my card from your system since it's malfunctioning. Please. I need the two refund as soon as possible. There billing support system is not allowing me to send my complaint. Being charged twice in a month without refund. Mailing system keeps bouncing back

Thos organization has taken two unauthorised payments, they assured me that the first one was refunded. It wasn't! they also assured me that my credit card info had been removed. It obviously wasn't. I notice that they request that reviews be politely worded and positive. They need to ask that because they are so fraudulent. Do not sign with these people. There are other websites you can use.

I also got billed twice incorrectly. The first time I was refunded. Now I am billed again. The second refund is also complained about. What I need to know is why are we being billed when we are no longer taking a course? How do I remove my credit card details? There's nothing I see that can help me with tha.
