My bank account has been deducted for the past 3 months in a row, even though the course has been completed and paid for. The amounts increase every month. I've been emailing someone from support named "Loren" who is very unresponsive and keeps telling me a refund has been issued but nothing shows on my account.

I had a great experience with TEFL, and I have learned a lot on how to teach English as a foreign language, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn.
I totally enjoyed doing this programme. It was very informative, learnt a lot as I embark on teaching english as a foreign language. The programme was not excessively lengthy but long enough to teach and guide appropriately. The videos was indeed a good way to introduce each section as I am a visual learner.
All the courses were very informative and educational but in one 'teaching a new language ' the video was very long and repetitive witch had me lose interest somewhat .For the rest it was great and i leaned a lot .
Thank you
I have found this course motivating and necessary to update my teaching career . I have taught English for a long time and this experience has given me new tools to continue doing it better. I feel that my goal of upgrading my teaching style has been accomplished .
it is a really good experience. There are many things to learn.

A very good and simple course, not as easy as one would think and it should be taken seriously. Take time to study it properly. After all, the point is to understand so that you can teach others.
I found some of the explanations somewhat over complicated, but with a bit of extra research on the side it will help clarify certain topics (especially the grammar)
A great course and very insightful!
