Happy with the SERVICE..
I am happy with the service and the idea of having a small perfume to try all different type of smell before buying a full big bottle in store...its small and yet it can last for 1 mth as i can try all different type of sense different day.. Very fast reply by the seller and explain to you clearly when you need help.. After my 4th time purchase the small bottles.. i decided to subscribe as it is worth of buying.. But just lately the the delivery was longer compare to my previous purchases usually it will take 3 days but now it takes like week to receive.. For the next subscribe..i suggest that its better to give ur customer a reminder thru the email or any other ways cos customer might be busy and they hv overlook on the order...we never knoe customer would like to change the fragrance before you deducting the mone

A great concept! Delivery was on time, product was great, overall a great subscription for the girlies out there who have commitment issues when it comes to choosing perfumes.

Buying your favourites without hurting your pocket whats not to like. Highly recommended best thing is you can pause and cancel your subscription easily and any issues regarding your orders is quickly solved by their CS.
Worth the money and trust
Perfume was good, packaging and quality was amazing. Downside was delivery was delayed, but it was due to back end issues and I appreciate their prompt customer support!
Great for people who love changing things up
The platform offers a wide range of popular and high in demand perfumes, and the model allows us to try various perfumes without having to commit to a full bottle. This is great for people like me who love to change things up. Would love to see more niche perfumes though, since those are the ones that are harder to find samples of (many of the perfumes offered can be tested in stores). Shipping can also be quite slow (took over 2 weeks for me) and the box came very damaged, so do take note if this is a gift. However, the perfume cases themselves are high quality and the spray is beautiful.

The bottles were great condition and everything came as described but their delivery is always delayed. Had to wait more than a week for delivery.
great concept, but operations still lacking
i really like the idea behind what I'VRE is doing - getting different perfume samples that last through the month. this helps if you don't want to commit to a certain bottle of perfume and want to explore further first. however, the shipping timing is what irks me as my orders usually take 4 weeks before they arrive. the team really needs to fix the operational flow, and once they do it, they will be able to obtain more loyal subscribers.
Affordable way to try scents
I love the concept so much. The subscription allows me to try different scents at a reasonable rate, so it’s pretty value for money. They have got a good range to choose from. But shipping takes a long time.

Chance to saw I'vre on some IG ads. I have stopped using perfume as i dont really need much for daily use. I'VRE allows me to select authentic designer perfumes which i long wanted to in small nicely packed perfume spray which is really sufficient for me. Now i can't wait to put my next choice of perfume in my cart! Thank you for making this happen.

Ordered based on subscription basis and the delivery came on time/early! Absolutely love it as i didn’t have to ration out my perfume uses before it runs out :) also love how portable the sprays are so much so that I bring it EVERYWHERE with me. Great experience every order,, thank you <3

Overall great service. Support team is very proactive and will reply any queries quickly. Value for money especially with the wide range of products in hand. However I personally feel that the atomizer could be improved!!

Great Concept
I always thought a full bottle of perfume is hard to commit because I usually do not finish the bottle before I move on to other fragrances, which is really wasteful. This subscription service is just what I need. I can always get the fragrances I want in 'bite' sizes or try out new scents without the guilt of wasting. Currently trying out the Tom Ford and Le Labo scents and loving it.

...just like how you love your momma. LOVE - Bespoke (I think) selection of perfumes for all gender types - Reasonable pricing and free island-wide delivery (I hope they ship overseas very very soon as well...please) - Great and sincere customer service HATE - I hate the fact that they had to go through the hassle brought about by the delays from their delivery vendor
