Jerky Boys

Hey Joe! We’re sorry to have left you disappointed, as that was never our intention. To clarify, your order was placed before we announced the Dale Jr. signed bag promotion. The promotion was launched a few days later and was specifically for the first 50 customers who purchased a new 12-pack offer. Because it was a new promotion, it wasn’t something that could be applied to previous orders. We certainly never intended to mislead anyone or create a “bait and switch” situation. We regularly run new promotions for our customers, and unfortunately that means some orders will be placed before a new offer begins. As a small family-owned business, we work hard to treat every customer fairly and appreciate everyone who chooses to support us. While we’re sorry this promotion didn’t line up with your purchase. We appreciate you giving us a try and will continue working to communicate our promotions as clearly as possible.

Thank you for giving us a try, Bree, and we’re truly sorry to hear you were disappointed. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Our jerky is made from whole-muscle, hand-cut prime beef using a family recipe, so it has a more traditional texture than the softer, formed jerky many brands produce today. While that style isn’t for everyone, we’re glad you enjoyed the flavor and truly appreciate you giving our small family business a chance.

Thank you so much for giving us a try, and we’re sorry to hear it wasn’t the texture you were looking for. We really appreciate your honest feedback. Our jerky is made from whole-muscle, hand-cut prime beef using a family recipe, so it’s intentionally a drier, more traditional style than the softer, formed jerky many brands make today. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the flavor, and we truly appreciate you giving our small family business a chance.

Hi Jason, we’re so sorry about the mix-up with your subscription order. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have. We just went ahead and refunded the order for the shipment that was lost. If there’s anything else we can do for you, or if you need any help in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. Thanks for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the jerky!

Hi Austin, thank you for the honest feedback. We’re sorry your last few orders haven’t been consistent. Consistency is something we take seriously, and feedback like yours helps us identify when something isn’t meeting our standards. We’d really appreciate the chance to make this right. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll take care of you.
