Great Jerky! It reminds me of how jerky was made when I was a kid but this is very consistent and so delicious. High protein snack that hits the right notes and damn clean. Win-Win!
Terrible customer service and business…
Terrible customer service and business acumen. You get one chance as a start up business to set the right impression with new customers. Running a bait n switch business model does nothing but create distrust, dissatisfaction, and dis-service to its potential and non-returning customer base. The response to criticism was even worse, basically we got your money and appreciate you trying us, now f-off.

Hey Joe! We’re sorry to have left you disappointed, as that was never our intention. To clarify, your order was placed before we announced the Dale Jr. signed bag promotion. The promotion was launched a few days later and was specifically for the first 50 customers who purchased a new 12-pack offer. Because it was a new promotion, it wasn’t something that could be applied to previous orders. We certainly never intended to mislead anyone or create a “bait and switch” situation. We regularly run new promotions for our customers, and unfortunately that means some orders will be placed before a new offer begins. As a small family-owned business, we work hard to treat every customer fairly and appreciate everyone who chooses to support us. While we’re sorry this promotion didn’t line up with your purchase. Obviously the best thing is the jerky. The orders ship in a timely manner too. I've made about 16 orders now. The last several 4 packs.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Flavor was okay. Meat was tough. Spit out a lot that was not chewable. Will not be buying more.

Jerky Boys jerky is great tasting as advertised. Second order direct from them. Glad to see with some bulk orders that a discount is applied.

My husband loves this jerky! Always lets me know when he gets done to 2 bags so we can re-order, so he never runs out. First 2 orders took a little longer to ship (took about 5-7 days for delivery) but the 3rd order shipped immediately and we had within 2 days.

Taste is good but jerky is very very…
Taste is good but jerky is very very tough. If never eaten jerky this tough before. I’m not sure I will be able to eat it. It hurts my teeth and mouth to chew. I was very excited to try but very disappointed.

Our jerky is made from whole-muscle, hand-cut prime beef using a family recipe, so it has a more traditional texture than the softer, formed jerky many brands produce today. While that style isn’t for everyone, we’re glad you enjoyed the flavor and truly appreciate you giving our small family business a chance.

I was able to try this Jerky after stopping in at JR Motorsports. Man, it was delicious. I immediately went home and order more bags online after polishing off the first bag that night.

Extremely tough to chew
Seems like a well ran company and the jerky has a great flavor but it's like gnawing on dry rotted leather. I would try it again if they came out with a soft version.

The product itself is excellent
The product itself is excellent, the only issue I had was after signing up for the monthly delivery plan, the first shipment was sent to a different address. I spoke with someone online who said they would send another shipment, but they never did.

Flavor inconsistency
I think I’m on my 4th time ordering. Best flavor was the first batch I ordered. 2nd batch was awful, didn’t eat any of the 4 bags. Figured I give it another shot. 3rd order was OK. Not great. 4th order is the same. The first batch we got was great since then nothing to brag about.
