Jerry Cards 回复2026-04-28Tyrone, we want to share the full story for anyone reading this review.
You purchased a single $10 card. When you reported it didn't work, we sent you a free replacement — no proof required. You then reported the replacement also didn't work, and we sent you a second replacement. When you came back a third time with the same complaint, we issued a full refund.
So for one $10 purchase, we provided three separate gift card codes plus a full refund.
Each of the three codes we issued went through our standard balance verification at delivery. They were active, valid, and confirmed working at the moment they left our system. The probability of three independently sourced, individually verified codes all failing in succession for the same customer — and only for that customer — is statistically very close to zero.
We can't say with certainty what happened on your end. What we can say is that we acted in good faith every step of the way: replacement, then another replacement, then a refund, all without asking for proof or pushing back. Few sellers in any industry would do all four of those things on a $10 transaction. After the refund, the messages we received went well beyond a normal customer dispute, and we made the difficult decision to block further contact for the well-being of our team.
For anyone reading: this is a genuinely exceptional case. We've delivered codes to tens of thousands of customers over 15 years, and the overwhelming majority of our reviews reflect what that experience normally looks like. Issues are rare, and when they happen, we resolve them quickly. We're sharing the details here because we believe it's important to be transparent when a public accusation doesn't match what actually happened.
Best regards,
The Jerry Cards Team
