This app saved me many times when I needed an Apple Gift card and my usual app wouldn’t work. I wish recurring customers could get some sort of discount or credit for using the site so many times, maybe in the future that will be implemented. Hi Nick, thank you for raising this — and the good news first: your $50 gift card has now been sent to your email. You have received both bonuses, $55 in total. Here is what caused the confusion. Two separate things happened on your order. The $50 was our promotional offer, which had to be claimed by replying to the promotion email — we never received a reply from you, so it was never released. The $5 card was something completely different: an automatic appreciation draw that randomly picks a few orders each week, and yours was picked. The $5 was never a downgrade of the $50 — it was an extra on top, and both are yours. On your follow-up emails: I have searched our inbox and cannot find them. If they were sent to an automated or no-reply address they would never have reached me. [email protected] comes straight to my desk, and every message there gets an answer.
