This one order was simply a different product. Instead of the Apple gift card you always buy, it was a $25 US Prepaid Card — a prepaid Visa/Mastercard. That one product is the exception in our store: it has to be registered to a US billing address before it can be used. That is a rule of the card network, not ours, and it is why it did not work for you. Hi humya, ten hours is far too long to wait, and I want to answer this openly. Almost every order we deliver arrives in the customer's inbox within seconds. An order that stays on "Processing" has been held by our automatic security check — usually a first order, a mismatch between the payment country and the network, or a denomination that has just sold out and is being restocked. We would rather hold an order for a few hours than send a code that fails or let a stolen payment go through. And if we cannot clear an order, we refund it in full, every time.
