评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers consistently praise the beautiful craftsmanship of the personalized jewellery, mentioning that the items look truly luxurious and make wonderful gifts for family members. People also emphasize the exceptional customer care, noting that support staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and quick to resolve ordering mistakes. However, some reviewers were not happy with delivery delays or packages failing to arrive entirely within the expected timeframe. A few other people also felt that receiving incorrect sizing, wrong personalisation details, or fragile items getting damaged shortly after delivery was quite disappointing.
