I ordered a personalised bracelet for Father’s Day which my husband loved. It is good quality and looks lovely on. Unfortunately I ordered a size that was too big but once I contacted customer services they kindly agreed to send me a smaller bracelet. Great service.

Bought an item, came with the clear side having the names written backwards. Contacted jessemade on 21st June and have had zero response. My husband can't use the item so it is now a disappointing father's day gift. What a waste of money.
